A comfortable and quiet place, clean, beautiful, really recommended.

We wanted to do weekend escape, so we did choose this place for it. I booked from app and I paid 392.000. It is called one bedroom villa. When I checked photos of bathroom it is standing shower with cover. But reality, it was not as photos (yes I know so typical like this, but please this is way you don't get trust from your customers). When we arrived there there was no people working there. I had to call and noone pick up. Until finally I spoke with the owner of the place. I did complain why our room not as in the photos, and descriptions in web. There was no water there either. But instead owner asked me if I want a room with that bathroom I had to pay another 100.000, cause it is honeymoon package or something. I connected with worker, finally she arrived, she was also useless. Finally we decided take the room and I asked worker if somebody living next to us, because I had one joglo house with living room but they have 2 rooms. Worker said: no. I saw shoes in front of the room and she lied to me. And yes at sleeping time our neighbor was very noisy and it was very annoying. I mean, the property is not bad at all. I like the atmosphere and river and birds in the morning. Shower also strong and functional properly. But no matter good your property if you can treat your guest right, you wouldn’t achieve satisfaction with occupancy because first you must gain for this business is trust. I also working in hospitality for 10 years, so I know how exactly this business supposed to work. I hope you can improve your service and honesty to your customers and this place grow bigger in the future.

This place was amazing! Quite enough and the pool also good ☺️ Gonna book and stay here again for a next trip.

The place is clean, comfortable, quiet. the father of the villa is friendly.

Hotel has a great pool view, but too bad there were too many bugs and don't have water,I couldn't showered at all.

Hotel was not easy to find and it’s very noisy at night, wall is not sound proof i could hear everything next door. Dogs barking outside, sleepless nights

Our room did not have water and there was no swift service staff. There is no clear number to call and when there is a response, it is notified that they have to wait for approximately 1 hour to be corrected. The receptionist only relies on teenagers who don't know anything technical. I immediately checked out and changed hotels on the first night.

Location entered into, entered housing. the rooms are nice, clean and tidy. no welcome drink. breakfast simple. Egg or bread fried noodles. Tea coffee. Pool great but too deep 1.8m. be careful if you bring children. quiet, comfortable atmosphere. close to mepatigan attractions. So crowded if there is a show there. suitable for honeymooner. Overall okay.

At the the beginning before I booked to stay here, there was a description that there is a bathtub in our room but when we arrived there was no bathtub and when I asked the staff about this matter they can not even answer my question and just apologize to us without any action. Also about the breakfast they only served fried noodle without any choices of breakfast, and also the didn’t described that in building there are two rooms inside so we didn’t feel comfort at all! This is the worst experience for me.
