We wanted to do weekend escape, so we did choose this place for it. I booked from app and I paid 392.000. It is called one bedroom villa. When I checked photos of bathroom it is standing shower with cover. But reality, it was not as photos (yes I know so typical like this, but please this is way you don't get trust from your customers). When we arrived there there was no people working there. I had to call and noone pick up. Until finally I spoke with the owner of the place. I did complain why our room not as in the photos, and descriptions in web. There was no water there either. But instead owner asked me if I want a room with that bathroom I had to pay another 100.000, cause it is honeymoon package or something. I connected with worker, finally she arrived, she was also useless. Finally we decided take the room and I asked worker if somebody living next to us, because I had one joglo house with living room but they have 2 rooms. Worker said: no. I saw shoes in front of the room and she lied to me. And yes at sleeping time our neighbor was very noisy and it was very annoying. I mean, the property is not bad at all. I like the atmosphere and river and birds in the morning. Shower also strong and functional properly. But no matter good your property if you can treat your guest right, you wouldn’t achieve satisfaction with occupancy because first you must gain for this business is trust. I also working in hospitality for 10 years, so I know how exactly this business supposed to work. I hope you can improve your service and honesty to your customers and this place grow bigger in the future.
