Booked for my friend and this is his story: when he first came to the site, he was greeted with an angry rude owner/person there. They were saying: "what are you doing here?" rudely without checking if he's a customer or something else. Very strange. Room is so so the price.

Mr. Putra is very friendly. Provides tours using jeeps to sunrise spots, black lava, and black sands. Anyway, very satisfied with that price. The location is very unique, it is the closest if you want to trekking to the top of Mount Batur. Just a suggestion, just go there via Kintamani, don't go through Pinggan Village, I followed google maps the road was extreme. Thank you

Overall the rooms and cabin exterior are good with the location in the Mount Batur residential area. Friendly and helpful service, maybe you could add hot water next time because bathing here with normal water is really cold. Yesterday during our stay there were lots of flies, but this almost happened in all the villages around there. For those who are driving for the first time, please be more careful because the road is relatively narrow and you may encounter sand trucks. Thank you and always success.

Jalan aksesnya mudah (biasanya kalo jalan agak masuk tuh worry nya jalan rusak atau penanda nya minim. Ini jelas banget & jalan uda aspal semua). Kamar nyaman. Vibesnya juga enak banget pemandangan di sekitar dari penginapan bagusbgt di kaki gunung gitu. Recommended

Pesan 2 villa, sebenarnya tidak ada yang menarik ya untuk view cuma sekeliling villa aja yang tampak keliatannya dari depan menarik. Untuk wisata masih harus naik mobil lagi ke danau. Dan di danau hanya buat spot foto aja. View pegunungan. Dan waktu plg ikutan map ke arah gilimanuk di arahkan lewat gunung yang waktu naik bisa dengan kemiringan 45° menyeramkan sekali samping jalan juga banyak jurang dan karena mobil kebanyakan injak rem mengakibatkan mesin mobil kepanasan dan rem hampir tidak berfungsi. Dan akhirnya mobil nabrak ke pagar rmh penddk. Untuk ke kintamani lagi tidak akan terulang cukup sekali seumur hidup. Pengalaman tak terlupakan
