Everything was running smooth during I stayed at this hotel. I booked 2 rooms last minutes booked. Even though, they were able to arrange nice room for me. Even standard room size is big, clean. Worth it

The hotel is great for vacation, it’s located near seashore so is great for walking and relaxing. The restaurant serves with limited menus but taste good. The service is excellent their response every complain from the guest. The staff is very helpful.

The room was okay, the toilet was clean, but unfortunately the AC was neglected, it leaked, you have to bring Autan if there are mosquitoes here, the breakfast is very simple. Come on, let's try staying here, the swimming pool is the best.

The standard room is inadequate, and even if it were, it would cost Rp. 130,000 to upgrade.
The bathroom carpet is mossy, and the room service menu is moldy.
Breakfast is only fried rice, and the funny thing is, I overheard the cook telling the staff if they asked for eggs to just say they were out.
Coffee and tea, and bottled syrup... pineapple and not fresh.

Stayed here for two days and two nights. Everything was clean and neat. It was a nice stay with minor inconveniences. The restaurant only opened for the breakfast service and the food on the buffet was always the same. The AC was blowing full power in the room but it was small and was only enough to condition a small section of the room. Shower pressure was really low. Corridor was hot and there was no lift to access the second and third floors. People with very limited mobility will have to book rooms on the first floor

Just a suggestion, the bathroom sink needs to be cross-checked to make sure it is really clean because when you enter the room, there are some hairs in the sink, and the mattress is no longer suitable for guests because the springs and foam are no longer good.
