Stayed 2 nights with my kids for holiday. The hotel is super big, location in the downtown of Kuta, many restaurants and convenience stores nearby by walking. The pool is clean and big, the best part is the hotel has an access to the beach. My kids are super happy.

Saya dan keluarga sangat beruntung dan senang menginap di Hotel Bintang Bali, sebab hotelnya langsung berbatasan dengan pantai, sehingga anak-anak saya dapat menikmati pantai di Bali tanpa perlu keluar hotel. Kemudian saat kejadian super traffic di bandara I Gusti Ngurah Rai tanggal 29 Desember 2023 yang membuat mobil-mobil terhenti di jalan berjam-jam, karena Hotel Bintang Bali sangat dekat dengan bandara hanya 2,3 km, maka kami tidak terlalu berimbas dengan super kemacetan tersebut, keluar dari bandara tidak terlalu lama, langsung masuk hotel, bandingkan dengan teman-teman yang masih jauh hotelnya, berjam-jam di luar nalar di jalan sebelum sampai di hotel. Makan sore menuju malam langsung dengan view sunset dari pantai di hotel, staf hotel ramah dan responsif, tidak terlalu menunggu lama kunci kamar, dan kamar selalu bersih saat ditinggalkan untuk rekreasi ke tempat lain. Upon check-in, the ID requested wasn't just the booking ID. It was strange, it was my first time experiencing something like that, and the receptionist couldn't provide an answer when asked why. That was all. Everything else was fine. Note: The bathroom exhaust in room 1051 (I forgot?) needed to be repaired, as the bathroom was always wet.

We had the best time! From the large room, the expansive green garden, the friendly and attentive staff to the kids, and the pool and beach access, which were perfect for kids to play. This hotel is also stroller- and wheelchair-friendly. Highly recommended for those who don't like traffic jams, as it's easy to get everywhere and to the airport—and for those who like distinctive Balinese architecture that's not intimidating. The price is relatively affordable for all the benefits. The hotel is also well-maintained. Requests for a baby cot and late check-out are also provided.
If the pillows smell a little off, just ask for a replacement. Easy peasy.
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel in the Kartika Plaza area of Kuta. I didn't expect Kuta to be this clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. Usually, in Canggu and Uluwatu, even bringing a stroller is difficult because there are no proper sidewalks. Honest review, no qualms.

Overall everything was good, only the second night the breakfast glass was dirty 4 times, it was very embarrassing for a 5 star hotel, I couldn't drink milk twice, and the elevator door sensor was a bit problematic, so I was hit by the elevator door twice. The elevator and hotel are old, please make improvements and rejuvenation, thank you.

Everything is good, minus one thing, it’s the breakfast bcs if you breakfast late u won’t get anything bcs they didn’t check the food and everything almost empty, so from me they need to control the food bcs i almost didn’t get anything, being a 5 stars hotel i think they need to consider this
