Alhamdulillah, my first experience staying at this hotel was very satisfying, the check-in and check-out process was very easy, at the beginning of check-in we did have to wait for 15 minutes, but we could relax in the hotel lobby while drinking the welcome drink that had been provided, the room was as described, clean, tidy and fragrant, the children were happy because they could swim, if we go to Surabaya again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

An affordable three-star hotel with good amenities. Unfortunately, the hot water didn't work in my room. Couples who couldn't make it to breakfast couldn't have food brought to their room. That's the way Bidakara Tunjungan Surabaya is. What a shame.

Check-in and check-out are easy and hassle-free, the swimming pool is clean, the breakfast menu is varied, the receptionist, Ms. Kristina, is very friendly and informative, the location is in the city center, close to Tunjungan Plaza and there are many culinary tours around it.

My experience staying at this hotel while Surabaya was in flames due to riots and arson. The hotel was very secure, with cars neatly parked. It was close to the park and the Koramil (Military Command) and was strategically located.
