Bonarindo Resort

Highly recommended for those traveling by motorbike or with family or friends. The staff are friendly, karaoke is available, and the canteen is always ready. The garden is spacious and there's a swimming pool. It was a fun stay. I'll definitely be back. Easy access.

nice, comfortable, clean, close to the city

Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay. I might come back tomorrow. The guesthouse seems old and not very well maintained, but it's still very suitable for a staycation. The location is a bit off the main road from Puncak, but not too far. The service was good, the staff were responsive and immediately took care of everything. However, there was no Wi-Fi or hot water kettle in the room, so I had to ask downstairs, which was a bit of a hassle. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, but I don't know if it was just lacking air conditioning. Although it was cool, it wasn't cool enough to sleep. So I opened the window/balcony door to let in some air, and it was really cool at dawn. Thankfully, there were no mosquitoes, so I slept soundly. The bathroom was also nice, with a water heater. Even though there was a shower, they still provided a bucket and a ladle, so it was easy to use if you needed one. As for cleanliness, it was okay, although not very hygienic in my opinion, but overall it was clean. The food at the hotel was good, but in my opinion the portions were too small, more like a kids' meal. But I don't know, that's my opinion. My portion, not necessarily others'. But for that price, a low-budget staycation at Bonarindo Resort is definitely worth it. Thanks, Bonarindo

clean, cool, beautiful atmosphere, definitely recommended

Check in is at 7am, easy to reach. The reference point is in the morning and afternoon, across there is an alley to Lembah Nyiur, follow the map, if you have found the point but are confused about which one, you can ask near the shop in front. Choose a standard room, I didn't expect to get 1 large bed and 1 medium bed. The room is spacious. Then at least the toilet is clean & most importantly the hot water works. The staff are friendly. You can also get breakfast. In short, it is recommended & very worth it.

MasyaAllah the place is comfortable, not scary, with a pocket-friendly price, you can get a cool view.. I chose the original family room, the bed can be a Queen bed 2 so it's spacious.. God willing, I will stay here again.. thank you

friendly staff, comfortable place, room cleanliness is ok. what I don't like about this inn is the water is off when I want to take a shower during the day when I want to check out at 11, the water comes out a little at normal hours. small tv no tv channels. breakfast is ordinary no other menu only fried rice and 2 pieces of pudding and warm plain tea. swimming pool no changing room and toilet. no telephone connected to the reception

With this price (Deluxe Type) you can get a spacious room, 2 queen beds, fairly clean, helpful and friendly staff.

The bathroom water is very small, it takes a long time to collect. The toilet is clogged and the cleanliness is lacking. Toilet paper and tissues are not available. There are no amenities, not even an electric kettle.

Dirty bedroom, TV not working, wifi not working. I can't sleep, lots of insects on the bed cover 🛏️.

starting from check in the service is fast staff are all friendly the area is clean and well maintained the atmosphere is very suitable for families, a calm atmosphere with beautiful nature at night and divided by day😍. if it is permissible to make an addition in the future, please provide AC facilities to help during the day. hopefully it will be more advanced and more successful in the future.. aamiin. thank you for your service🙏

I ordered a Family room and got a cheap price, thank God, only 189,000/night. The room is spacious, got 2 queen beds, good hot water, good mattress, clean, got 2 drinks, 2 towels, TV with good picture, can karaoke, can play billiards (pay 30 thousand), there is a fairly large and clean swimming pool and you can get breakfast. Hehe. With a complete menu. Next time I will definitely stay here again if I go to Puncak. Quite recommended in my opinion.

stay in deluxe room cool and cold air even without AC, clean room, friendly and responsive staff service when TV and water heater are not working, complete amenities, clean swimming pool minus only in the breakfast menu, the taste of fried rice is bland but fried sweet potato and chocolate cake are delicious

Dirty room, lots of animals and spiders under the bed. At night you can't go to a restaurant to order anything, just coffee.

Access to the location is a bit confusing because the hotel name is not written on the entrance. The room facilities are inadequate because unlike the ones in the application, tea makers and glasses are provided, but in reality there are none. The breakfast provided tends to be less tasty and the portion is too minimal
