hotel staff is not friendly when checking in.
no smile at all, looks indifferent.
and when checking out is very different, the staff is very friendly. and the check out process is very fast. and for food choices at breakfast is not too much.

The water is yellow and smelly. The water coming out of the shower head spreads everywhere. There is a wire hanging from the bottom of the sink, as if the building is not finished yet. If there are 2 guests staying, does that mean they need 2 sandals but only 1 is provided? This is the first time I've asked for ice cubes and paid 20 thousand rupiah. The food at breakfast doesn't taste good, sorry to say. Breakfast is at half past 8 but it's not refilled even though many have run out. The hospitality of the receptionist is not good. The lobby security guard is nowhere to be found, even asking for a trolley is a hassle.

Actually overall it's safe here but sometimes the details of the corners of the room and bathroom are not very clean. Also at breakfast time at 9-9.30 most of the food is already finished, there is not much variety.

1. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan so the smell from the bathroom can be smelled on the bed,
2. The mattress base is not white, it is very dull towards dark,
3. The room lights are full orange so the room looks dark,
4. The room is not soundproof so if the next room is taking a shower, the sound of water can be heard clearly,
5. The water drain is slow to come out,
6. The TV has no broadcast,
7. The carpet in the elevator needs to be replaced, it looks dirty,
8. The swimming pool water is very cold and the pool area has an unpleasant smell.
9. From the room to the basement, you can't use the elevator so you have to use the stairs to the basement,
10. The water kettle is moldy.

From the FO during Check in until to the bedroom, we had asked for an additional card for the room but it was not given and when we arrived at the room it turned out that the room card could not be used. And we had to go back again. Then the toilet and bathroom cleanliness were also very dirty. You can try it if you stay at Hotel Bono, the towels seem very dirty. Will not stay at Hotel Bono again

just for cleanliness is lacking.
the bathroom door is very dusty as if it has not been occupied for a long time
the bedside table also has traces of sweet water that has not been wiped.

The room atmosphere is damp, the bed is very unclean, the towels are dull and yellow and need to be replaced. The water is yellow, the hotel atmosphere is not comfortable and not fresh. The hotel is good but unfortunately it is not well maintained. Overall the experience of staying at the Bono hotel is very bad.
