Thank you for the comfort of the room given to me, no smoking room, clean room, comfortable AC that is not broken, clean bathroom that is not clogged. Clean sheets and towels do not smell too much of bleach and strong perfume. Really impressive.

Close to city amenities. Easy to reach everywhere. Food around the hotel is also cheap and delicious. Close to Alum2 Kota and Es Durian. Hotel facilities are adequate. The meeting room is also spacious.

The water heater hadn't been cleaned, even though I hadn't used it at all. The AC was leaking dangerously under the mattress, and I was afraid the ceiling would collapse. Much of the wallpaper was peeling. The AC in the second-floor corridor wasn't working, making it feel stuffy. A 4-star hotel should be more clean, but it's a shame that such a poorly maintained hotel is in such a bad condition.

Stayed 2 nights on 10-12 Aug 2025. Overall it was nice. Suggestion for improvement: 1. Replace the yellowish Bath towels. 2. Levelling the shower floor to allow it to completely dry.
