Break Villa Kintamani

The place is not very recommended for you traveller or perhaps backpacker, its located out of nowhere, There is no parking spot, you must hike to go to the entrance, I don't mind for the hike, Its slippery and dark. there is a light for the entrance but the road the way to the Apartment is pitch dark. fly and Mosquito everywhere. the door are unable to close properly so all the insect could get in. the room it self is not clean dust every where, there is dead Mosquito on the towels. no bathmat. its literally they sell a dusty room for 300k. first time i wanted to book it, i just think i just want to sleep and check out early. and turns out the room is really un comfortable to stay. and i dont know what is it, But there is a weird scream coming out from outside i have no idea what is it but its really annoying so i suggest you guys, you better pay another 100 - 200k for a proper Hotel or verified accomodation somewhere else. no staff - No Receptionist - There is only kid who be the front office its not proper at all.

Access from the parking lot is far and the road is quite steep, climbing stairs. There are mostly flies, the staff are friendly, the bathroom facilities are incomplete, there are lots of mosquitoes and flies…

A family villa managed by Ms. Ayu and her father, who are kind and friendly. We can soak in the warm water pool in front of the villa, the water is drained and refilled twice in the afternoon and morning. The view from the villa is beautiful, only slightly disturbed by the typical Kintamani vegetable flies.

When we arrived at the villa, we were shocked that there was no road to go up to the villas and had to park our car downhill. Then, the staff had to help us carry our luggage uphill, that was great. We were the only couple staying at one of the 5 units villa. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is nasi goreng telur. The most satisfying plus point is the view of the mountain sunrise.

So far, the villa is very clean and the view is also very amazing, but the road to the villa is very steep and the parking lot is very narrow, it really needs to be improved for the comfort of guests staying there.

A simple, rustic ensuite cabin with a great view and private outdoor hot tub. We had some lovely moments here. Situated with farmland on one side but a lot more accommodation stretching up the hill behind, don't expect tranquility as sound from nearby farms (including chainsawing), building works, staff on their phones, other guests playing music outside, and other accommodation carries easily. On one day, guests in the neighboring cabin played loud music all evening and then made video calls on their balcony until late at night. Food is pretty good, but the choices are very limited. The staff are eager to make Break Villa more attractive and we wish them good luck. We can suggest: give new water bottles every day, clean the rubbish bins every day.

Kami menginap 2 malam di sini. Kamar tidur serta kamar mandinya luas dan bersih. Kami disambut oleh Ayu, penjaga villa. Ayu sangat baik dan 1 lagi saya lupa namanya. Mereka sangat ramah dan membantu. Kami juga meminta diatur perjalanan trekking ke Mt Batur, sangat membantu sekali, harga masuk akal, semuanya sangat menyenangkan. Terima kasih Break Villa.

Villa kecil di Kintamani, Bali, yang dikelola keluarga, dengan 3 unit kamar + 2 unit tambahan. Masing-masing ada kolam berendam air panas alami dari mata air gunung, dikuras & diisi penuh 2x yaitu sore saat check-in dan pagi harinya. View-nya keren, bagus banget. Taman asri tertata rapi. Sayangnya, akses mobil masuk sempit & melewati pemukiman warga desa. Wajib telepon ke pengelola supaya Anda ngga bingung tersesat karena parkir mobil yang jauh di pekarangan bawah, maka pastikan Anda bawa ransel, bukan koper. Pastikan juga bawa tool kit pengusir lalat Kintamani.

Nuansa alami dengan view langsung ke Danau Batur, tenang dan nyaman, harga terjangkau buat freshkan jiwa. Liburan akan kembali lagi ke sini. Recommended deh.

Comfy Villa! The owner (Aji Kadek) also very warm and humble person. Definitely will come back to Kintamani and sure stay in this villa! It has natural hot spring water too! You can enjoy the scenery of Gunung Batur in the morning and the view was so great!

Tempatnya sih best! View-nya 🌟🤩. Tiap villa dapat kolam, villa tengah dapat kolam iconic. Ter-the best. Kalau mau dapat villa tengah check in awal. Mbak Ayu dan bapak juga baik banget, sangat welcome. Untuk kebersihan semoga ditingkatkan lagi. Kamar mandi, lantai kamar, dan lampu kamar mungkin bisa lebih terang. Semoga makin banyak nanti villa-nya ya bapak dan Ayu. Sukses selalu.
