I like the ambience. So calm, nice and clean room. But need to add some air freshness for the smell in the room and the glasses for the coffee need to change because it broken. Thanks

The hotel is the best, clean, smells good, organized, the best anyway. The service is also very friendly, really recommend coming here, guaranteed not to regret it.

The rooms are neat, don't smell musty, the air conditioner is cold, the bathroom is clean, the water is warm and the shower is heavy, the service staff is friendly, the swimming pool is a bit small but it's okay for children to swim, around there are many choices of restaurants. Too bad the car park is still outside. Recommended!

The property is not maintained, the photos shown are different from the current conditions. There was a miscommunication due to the language barrier (the person in charge did not understand Indonesian and gave ambiguous decisions on existing problems).

Thank you for your attention and feedback to our property. We will improve as best we can, due to the covid pandemic & prolonged heavy rains, our garden is not well maintained, but we have started renovating and repairing it properly. Previously, in this unique case, we in the reception and operational team as many as 3 people had discussed alternatives and the guest had agreed to the various compliments we gave, but the guest had difficulty absorbing and responding so the manager and owner came down to listen and discuss but the guest instead take advantage of the situation to get more compliments. We hope that as a guest you can be wise in writing feedback, thank you.

Saya sangat senang bisa menginap di sini, ACnya berfungsi dengan baik (dingin banget), kebersihannya oke, pelayanannya oke banget, staffnya ramah-ramah. Saya pinjam mangkok buat makan aja dilayani dengan baik. Terima kasih canang gardens ❤

Yang jaga ramah bli nya membantu membawakan koper, interior nya keren tapi sayangnya kolam renang terlalu kecil, banyak banget semut merah dan hitam ya Allah 😭 banyak serangga juga, semut merahnya rangrang pula gak nyaman banget padahal tempatnya bagus dan bersih. Dimana-mana banyak semut merah. Baik di kamar atau di area outdoor, pinggiran kolam renang 😥
