Room is good, toiletries are provided. There 's moment air was bad, like smokey smell. But overall, stay is awesome. Will visit again.

the first time stay there they almost kill me with really strong small or I don't know what they use to kill mosquitoes and they only change my room and give me 1 extra mineral water , no body say sorry except the women who bring my bag. until now I still get sick because of them. I will never stay in your crazy hotel anymore thanks

So pleased to stay at citra inn hotel, the place is really value for money, low rate but high quality and good service from the staff of the hotel. the room it self is nice, clean, comfortable. will book the hotel again, whenever I go to cikarang again.
