The hotel provided good amenities, enjoyed the bath with hot water, internet connection was good, staff was helpful and hassle-free check-in and out. This is my third time checking in at The Groove Suites, and I must say, it has been a consistently pleasant experience. The staff are always kind and helpful. This is the best choice to choose for a short getaway like going to the concert near GBK, Senayan, Sudirman area because the connection to public transport like MRT and TransJakarta are easy to find, no need to walk far into the station. I have always loved my stay here! The rooms facing the green areas in Fatmawati (still don't know what the place is called, to be honest) are always pleasant and a breath of fresh air amidst Jakarta's overcrowding. The breakfast menu was not only varied but also good! The hotel being situated just a short distance from the MRT station is also a significant advantage!
