Very disappointing! Hospitality should be a priority at the Manhattan Hotel Jakarta. As a frequent guest at the Manhattan Hotel Jakarta, I deeply regret the unpleasant experience we had at breakfast with our family. We came with a family of six. During breakfast, one of the waitresses, Putri, in what we considered an impolite manner, asked that the 1-liter bottled milk available in the buffet area be returned to the cooler. This was truly disappointing. The milk was provided for breakfast guests. In fact, if the 1 liter of milk were shared among six people, each person would only receive about 167 ml. Is the use of such a large amount of milk a major issue for a hotel of Manhattan's stature? What we question is not just the milk, but the attitude, communication, and quality of service to guests. We have stayed at this hotel several times and have never experienced such treatment before. If there is a rule regarding removing milk from the cooler, the hotel should have provided clear information and communicated it politely, rather than in an approach that made guests feel uncomfortable. I would like to remind the management of Manhattan Hotel Jakarta, particularly the Food & Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager, and those responsible for breakfast service, that the primary product of the hotel industry is not just rooms, food, or facilities, but rather hospitality. Guests come to hotels for comfort, friendliness, and a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, one employee's inaccurate actions can ruin the entire experience. Breakfast, which should have been a pleasant start to the day, turned into an annoying experience that ruined the mood for us as a family. I hope management will not dismiss this complaint as trivial and undertake a serious evaluation of service standards.

The AC is not cold enough, especially when it's quite hot in the morning and afternoon.

Staying at the Manhattan Hotel is a great option for a family staycation in Jakarta. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. It's just steps from Kuningan City Mall. Highly recommended.

Pay more attention to the cleanliness of the ceiling, and make sure the hot water is not hot enough for soaking in the bathtub, and it would be better to replace the TV with a smart TV (so it doesn't go through a set top box).

There's no elevator in the parking lot, so parking in B2 is pretty good. The hotel is also incredibly noisy, disrupting your rest. The staff repeatedly confirmed check-out.

Check-in was smooth and quick, and the front desk staff were warm and professional. Room Quality: The deluxe room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful city view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the in-room amenities (coffee machine, toiletries, bathrobe) made the stay extra cozy. Facilities & Services: The rooftop pool was a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and with a great view. I also used the gym that was well-equipped. Room service was fast, and the food was delicious. Staff & Customer Service: All staff I interacted with were polite and attentive. One of the housekeeping staff even helped me find a misplaced jacket. Value for Money: For the location and service, it was definitely worth the price. They also had a weekend promo, which made it even more affordable. Overall Experience: I would definitely return for another staycation. Highly recommended for solo travelers or couples looking to unwind without leaving the city. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

The hotel is quite good. It's in the city center, near the mall. It's also close to various embassies. The water is flowing smoothly, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are all friendly. For improvements, perhaps the old furniture could be updated, although it's still usable. Good luck to the Manhattan Hotel ❤️❤️
