This hotel is strategically located near the Kuningan/Rasuna Said office area. This hotel is especially convenient for those applying for a visa at VFS, as it's right next to Kuningan City. The staff was very friendly; we checked in late but were given a 1:00 PM check-out. Furthermore, the breakfast was quite varied.

The hotel staff, from the security guard at the front gate to the room service and breakfast crew, were very friendly and helpful. The distance to my destination was only 300 meters. The food was varied and delicious. The hot water from the shower was very strong and comfortable. I was lucky!! Since I arrived at 10 am to confirm, the FO called me at 12 noon and said the room was ready. That was very helpful because I had two small children with me. Thank you very much Hotel Manhattan!! Don't forget to try the Indian restaurant on the 36th floor, it was delicious!

Not recommended and not in accordance with the price. Check-in was very long, waited 1 hour to get a room. The room was dirty and musty, cleaning was careless and rushed, there were still water stains and furniture was not cleaned. After complaining, I was given a new room which was better, but the furniture was old and poorly maintained. Breakfast was quite varied but not comfortable, too crowded. Service was friendly and the location was strategic. Not recommended for the price. Not in accordance with the price. Not recommended.

Actually, everything was pretty good, except the quality of the towels was definitely in need of replacement (they were worn, thin, and had rough fibers). Thanks for the birthday cake and mirror greetings. As for food, it was quite busy at 8 a.m. on Tuesdays, and a lot of the food ran out, requiring time to be refilled, so those with limited time could only take what was left. (local food section)

My room smelled awful, musty, as if the carpet hadn't been cleaned often. I ended up buying an air freshener because the smell wasn't strong enough. Hopefully, they'll pay more attention to cleanliness in the future.

I enjoyed my stay here. Although the hotel is older, it's well-maintained and the staff is friendly. Breakfast was varied. Thank you also to Manhattan Hotel and the staff for providing my husband with a birthday cake.

Horror vibes. As soon as I entered the room, I immediately rushed to check out. When I opened the curtains, my husband saw someone sitting in a chair in the reflection of the glass. I was also on my period, and as soon as I sat in the chair, I felt dizzy and nauseous.
