The hotel staff, from the security guard at the front gate to the room service and breakfast crew, were very friendly and helpful. The distance to my destination was only 300 meters. The food was varied and delicious. The hot water from the shower was very strong and comfortable. I was lucky!! Since I arrived at 10 am to confirm, the FO called me at 12 noon and said the room was ready. That was very helpful because I had two small children with me. Thank you very much Hotel Manhattan!! Don't forget to try the Indian restaurant on the 36th floor, it was delicious!

The staff are absolutely amazing, everyone is so accommodating and friendly. Huge shout out to Quin on the breakfast team who actually remembered us from our previous stay and made us feel very welcomed! We had a small issue with our air conditioning not being cool enough in the room and when we brought the issue up with the staff, the duty manager offered to take us to check out a new room and made sure we were 100% happy before giving it to us. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and the staff were all very helpful and made sure it was as painless and as easy as possible! Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We'll be back🩷

Honestly, this is actually a really great hotel. It's comfortable, strategically located, the breakfast menu is really good, the service is really good. It's just that some of the furniture, like the bathtub, looks old, and the central AC for the largest room, the suite, doesn't feel cool in my opinion... That's all, I hope it gets fixed again.

Everything is great, but perhaps the only suggestion is that each room should have a smart TV (access to Netflix, Disney Plus, etc.) to make the kids more comfortable in their rooms. Thank you.
