RUDE HOTEL!!!!! Why are all your employees, from security to the lobby staff, and everywhere else, SO SUPER FRIENDLY? They're constantly smiling, making me nervous because I feel so appreciated 😭. Contrary to the reviews from Google buzzers who say the service is bad, your service is truly 5-star.

1. Ample and free parking. Don't forget to register your e-money at the front desk.
2. Security is very friendly and always smiling.
3. The employees and staff in the lobby are always smiling and very friendly, even bringing me my welcome drink.
4. While waiting in line for check-in, a lady suddenly approached me with a cold towel. Oh my gosh, my face instantly felt refreshed.
5. Mr. Affan, your service is excellent. He helped me check in quickly, escorted me to my room, and then called me back to confirm whether my room was comfortable. He has a really good attitude. 6. The hotel lobby is clean, luxurious, and elegant.
7. There's a live World Cup broadcast in the lobby cafe.
8. There are three elevators, all operational, and staffed by friendly, beautiful ladies.
9. The elevators are fast, indicating good maintenance. It doesn't take long to get to the 23rd floor, it feels like you're riding a rocket.
10. The Mars and Venus rooms are unbeatable when it comes to pampering views. Glass is everywhere, even the bathtub offers expansive glass with a beautiful and captivating city view.
11. All food and drinks in the minibar are complimentary.
12. The room and carpet are clean, the mattress is soft.
13. The bathroom is dry, clean, and the water is hot.
14. The TV channels are crystal clear.
15. Amenities are complete, but you have to ask for a razor first.
16. There's a swimming pool, but it's small.
17. There's a sauna, steam room, and a gym.
18. Got a free drink coupon on the rooftop on the 36th floor.
19. There's a dedicated pedestrian walkway and zebra crossing to get in and out of the hotel.

3. The windows aren't clean enough, so you can see the dirt on your feet during the day.
4. The TV is too small for such a large room.

6. The sauna isn't hot.
