All the hotel staff are very friendly, responsive, and ready to help. The hotel is very close to the center of the city, but traffic noise is barely audible in the rooms; everything is within walking distance. The rooms and hotel grounds are always clean.

Highly recommended... The staff are all friendly, 24/7 service. The rooms are clean and fragrant every day, security and comfort are maintained, easy access to everywhere, there are even common food, even the sultan's tastes are complete, the AC is very cold, the water heater is hot enough, there are complete TV channels, and a safe is available. The price is pocket-friendly, even for work, computer facilities are provided. Very satisfying. Will come back here again if I am in East Java.

The location is strategic because it's close to Tunjungan Plaza Mall (across from the mall). The breakfast is standard. There's only one elevator, so you have to wait quite a while to use it. The rooms are also standard. The staff is friendly and very helpful when needed.
