Please provide towels, why are there soap and toothpaste when guests want to check in, but when there are towels, they have to be asked for first and are given towels with holes.

I got room 403, oh my gosh, there was no AC at all, they only gave me a fan. That's all I had to do was go back and forth from the 4th floor to the 1st floor to ask for a solution. The fan I brought was really dusty, the mattress was dirty and itchy. Basically, if you want to stay here, think again.

The walls were peeling off a lot, the bathroom glass didn't open, and it took a long time to wait for towels, none of which were provided in the room.

What is seen does not match the reality in the field, dull paint, dirty toilet, bed sheets not changed, air conditioning not cold enough (already complained), lack of lighting, there is rubbish scattered in front of the elevator door

When we first arrived, we were given a room with an open door and messy bed sheets. We were moved to another room that was just as bad, with a leak right above the TV. We were returned to our original room, but the AC wasn't cooling at all, there was no Wi-Fi, the TV only had sound but a black screen, towels were available for self-service, and the bathroom had no soap and shampoo.
