The location is perfect for shopping because it is in the Bandung Trade Center area, also close to the city center and Bandung train station from the back door.

I didn't expect the hotel to be located above a clothing store, with access to motorcycle parking on the busy sidewalk of the market. I paid 20,000 Rupiah for parking. I even requested early check-in at 1 PM, but was told my request with Traveloka wasn't accepted and there's no standard for early check-in. There's no smoking area; you have to go down from the 11th floor to the 1st floor through the clothing store, or if you want to vape, go to the 7th floor in the car park. There's no seating. Shocking, but it's okay.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was safe. The staff were friendly and the hotel environment was clean. It was close to the Asia-Africa area because this hotel is in the center of Bandung. The TV wasn't a smart TV, and the bathroom didn't have hot water. It was pretty good for the price, haha.

The room was quite spacious, but they didn't provide a toothbrush or toothpaste. There was only one towel provided. There was no telephone, which was available in the lobby. The staff didn't notice that they ran out of soap. Otherwise, the room was quite spacious and had a city view. The location and access were right in the city center.

Got the price of 500 thousand but the room didn't have toothbrush, shampoo, water heater, pillowcases weren't white anymore.. the floor was still dusty.. not as beautiful as the photo

For this price, this hotel is definitely not recommended. 1. Standard amenities like toothbrushes aren't provided. 2. Only one towel is provided, and it's not clean. 3. There's no telephone in the room to contact the front desk or anyone on duty. 4. Hot water is only turned on from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM. However, when I used it at 5:15 AM, the hot water still wasn't turned on. 6. No mineral water is provided. 7. The parking lot is connected to the Pasar Baru Trade Center, requiring an hourly parking fee. Therefore, those driving cars or motorcycles have to park at the Pasar Baru Trade Center.

For a very strategic location in the middle of the city, the staff are also friendly starting from the security guard to the receptionist, the only minus is the room smells really bad of cigarettes, I even asked to move rooms but the room that was changed still smells of cigarettes, the walls are full of mold, the most minus is the bathroom, please check the cleaning staff again, how come there are so many worms coming out from between the floor tiles

Please fix the handle in the bathroom, if I were a deaf guest, please install a flashing light in the bedroom to signal the maid to come, rather than me not being able to hear the knocks on the door, please make the wifi faster... please have two towels

The only advantage of this hotel seems to be its strategic location, close to Braga. I booked a non-smoking room, but upon entering, I discovered the smell of cigarettes, dirty floors, only one towel provided, and what really surprised me was that it was located on the 7th floor of a new market, yet we were still charged hourly for parking. In the end, I decided to check out immediately. My feedback for the hotel is that it could improve its performance. I understand it's a budget hotel, but at least it should be clean.
