The swimming pool is dirty, mossy, not cleaned, the service is very poor, the blanket given is only enough for 1 person, when I asked for an extra blanket, they didn't give me the reason there were no extra blankets,

It looks nice, luxurious & clean in the photo but in reality it is gloomy, sleepy, dirty, smelly, the hallway is scary, like an uninhabited apartment but in reality it is a lodging place where many guests of the opposite sex who are not like husband and wife. I'm sorry but it's better for those who want to stay to do a survey first for comfort, thank you.

Bad experience booked and entered this inn, which is not like an inn but like a horror place, dark and muddy corridors, many empty, dark and open rooms without occupants, very inadequate, I just entered the room and immediately went down, I didn't expect the reality to be this bad in one corridor, the rooms that were ok were only some of the rooms were empty, dark rooms that were open and not maintained, the available rooms were in a pathetic condition, not according to the picture, the bathroom door was broken, the elevator often got stuck, don't ever get trapped and book this apartment rather than regret it, it's like that, no refund either

The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The sheets were never changed, and there were lots of red stains on them. The bathroom was also dirty. The floor was sticky and looked like it had never been cleaned. Highly not recommended.

The check-in service was reasonable, and the facilities were quite good for a price of around one hundred thousand rupiah. The downside was the cleanliness and poor room service, and the corridors and elevators were a bit unsettling, perhaps because there weren't many visitors, making it seem like they weren't well managed.

The room facilities include air conditioning and hot water, a swimming pool and cheap parking fees (6 thousand per day). When we first arrived, we were given a very dirty room and a leaking toilet, but the next day we were immediately given a new, better room.

I stayed at this hotel during my vacation to Jogja, and overall I was very satisfied with my stay here. The location is very strategic—not too far from the city center and Malioboro, so access to various tourist and culinary destinations is very easy. The advantages I felt the most: The parking area is large and protected, suitable for guests who bring private vehicles. The AC is cold, the hot water works normally, and the TV also works well (using a set-top box). The price is very affordable for the facilities offered, making it an economical choice without much compromise. What could be improved in the future is the cleanliness of the room, bed, and bathroom. Although not disturbing, it would be more enjoyable if this aspect was considered in more detail. Overall, this is a place to stay that is worth recommending for travelers looking for comfort on a friendly budget.
