The AC is hot and the bathroom door is hard to open, maybe in the future this can be an evaluation material so that it can be checked before being rented out.

Stay here for 11 days. The apartment unit is clean and well maintained. All electronics and equipment are functioning and well maintained. Mrs. Sylvie and staff are all helpful. Fast wifi, TV, and complete equipment. The unit is on a floor that is not too high, so it is still close to the 5th floor (the location of the swimming pool, jogging track, park, etc. on the 5th floor) The position of the room unit is good, not noisy. The apartment environment is also clean. Thank you 🙏

Stay here for 11 days. Clean, comfortable, quiet, all equipment is functioning and well maintained. Wifi, tv, water heater, all electronics are complete. Mrs. Sylvie is also very helpful. Definitely will come back some day. Thankyou 🙏

Our second time staying at Scientia Residence. If you want to go to Scientia Park, just walk a little, there are lots of restaurants and cafes too, it's comfortable for an overnight staycation.

The room is clean, the room is comfortable, facing Scientia Square Park. The room facilities include a mini kitchen with mini stove, mini rice cooker, complete cutlery, washing soap is also available, mini refrigerator, hanger, electric kettle, 2 bottles of mineral water, 2 tango snacks, Smart TV with Netflix, AC, ceiling fan, balcony there is a key so it's safe, 2 towels, water heater, shampoo and body wash. Building facilities include a BCA ATM, very close to SDC & Scientia park, swimming pool, park, around the building there are lots of restaurants, cafes, laundry, vending machines. The check in & check out process is easy and fast. The owner is friendly and explains in detail.
