The staff is very helpful, friendly, nice. Check-in and check-out time is flexible.

The AC is hot and the bathroom door is hard to open, maybe in the future this can be an evaluation material so that it can be checked before being rented out.

Stay here for 11 days. The apartment unit is clean and well maintained. All electronics and equipment are functioning and well maintained. Mrs. Sylvie and staff are all helpful. Fast wifi, TV, and complete equipment. The unit is on a floor that is not too high, so it is still close to the 5th floor (the location of the swimming pool, jogging track, park, etc. on the 5th floor) The position of the room unit is good, not noisy. The apartment environment is also clean. Thank you 🙏

The door to the room is quite difficult to open, like a doormat, but otherwise everything is okay.

Highlights: The room is comfortable & clean. Price: 5/5 for the price and facilities obtained. Location: quite strategic location, close to the city center.

- Very informative user (self service) - Rooms are comfortable and clean. - There are cooking utensils and the mini freezer is functional. .- Just info the apartment lobby closes at night so we have to go through the basement to enter.

Our second time staying at Scientia Residence. If you want to go to Scientia Park, just walk a little, there are lots of restaurants and cafes too, it's comfortable for an overnight staycation.
