Check in mudah, staff ramah, dapat parkir dekat lobi langsung diarahkan oleh staff dengan ramah, parkiran selalu penuh, kunci mobil dititip di FO, kamar family terletak di sekitar kolam renang, kamar bersih, kamar luas, kamar mandi luas, ada kulkas dan dispenser, air panas berfungsi dengan baik, AC dingin menggigil, penyajian sarapan terlihat sederhana dan variasi tidak terlalu banyak tetapi rasa sarapan enak, anak-anak paling senang di kolam renang karena modelnya water boom, check out juga mudah, senang menginap di hotel ini.

I really liked the pool, and the staff always mopped the pool area so it wasn't muddy. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were clean too. It's close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the East Coast. I think I'll be coming back here again when I'm in Pangandaran.

The bedroom is clean but there is still a lot of sand left on the bed and blanket, the bathroom is clean but the lighting is lacking. The rest is amazing.

The rooftop is quite good. The hotel's access is quite strategic. The swimming pool is decent. When the tissue ran out, they didn't give us new ones, even though we asked for them. The room amenities didn't match the quantity ordered; we had to ask for them. Room cleaning wasn't done on our own initiative. The TV didn't have Netflix. Parking was a bit tricky, and we had to wait.

The worst experience staying at D Bilz, it was absolutely terrible. Access to the room was far, the room was dirty, the receptionist was rude and always arguing, even though we customers just wanted to be heard. The hot water didn't work. The AC wasn't cold. The price was very expensive with many minus facilities. Coordination between employees was poor. Even if we wanted breakfast, we had to confirm it ourselves with the receptionist, even though the employee should have been standing there. Never mind, I won't stay here again. But I just want to appreciate the employees for A Ikfi and Mr. Endang (good attitude) who are willing to help and serve. May Mr. Endang have lots of fortune, good health, and be given rewards. Thank you.

The location is comfortable and strategic, and it's great. The only problem is that the room smelled like a gas leak, and I couldn't sleep because the smell was so strong that I couldn't breathe. When I complained, I asked to be moved, but they didn't allow it, and instead asked for an additional 500,000 Rupiah.

For the price of Rp1.5 million per night for a family room, the facilities I received were not commensurate. At least there should be a hairdryer. The hotel is an older building. And the glasses provided all still had traces of dust, some of which were from previous meals. Hopefully this can be used as input for future improvements. Oh, one more thing, near the swimming pool there are two deep holes, probably for the pool cleaning system. The problem is that the hole covers have collapsed, so if children are not careful, they could fall in.

The AC suddenly shut off in the middle of the night, and after turning it on, it stopped cooling. The technician wasn't on standby 24/7, so I couldn't sleep all night due to the heat. You should have made sure all the facilities were working properly before letting guests in. 😤

I stayed in a standard room for 1,165,000 Rupiah, which was simply not worth it. The hallway was extremely hot, the TV was blurry, and the AC wasn't cooling. The breakfast was mediocre, nothing special. Compared to other hotels in the same 1 million Rupiah range, the quality and breakfast were far below those in hotels in the 1 million Rupiah range.
