Check in mudah, staff ramah, dapat parkir dekat lobi langsung diarahkan oleh staff dengan ramah, parkiran selalu penuh, kunci mobil dititip di FO, kamar family terletak di sekitar kolam renang, kamar bersih, kamar luas, kamar mandi luas, ada kulkas dan dispenser, air panas berfungsi dengan baik, AC dingin menggigil, penyajian sarapan terlihat sederhana dan variasi tidak terlalu banyak tetapi rasa sarapan enak, anak-anak paling senang di kolam renang karena modelnya water boom, check out juga mudah, senang menginap di hotel ini.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, located between the West Coast & East Coast. The rooms that are booked are recommended, starting from the bathroom & shower, bed, refrigerator, new gallon, cold air conditioner. The family room is very suitable for those who are already married.

I super like it, but it would be best if the number of hotel staff being added especially on night shift, 'cause I pity the staff who helped me check-in, he seems not the FO staff. But overall, I will surely comeback and book a room if ever I had another chance to have vacation in Pangandaran. The food is good for breakfast, just the staff who made omelets a little bit too slow and I ended up eating fried egg rather than an omelets 'cause the filling was out of stock (?) But overall I like the room & service. Super kind whole staff, from security to the owner/management (?) I'm not sure who was I talking to when I check-out but seems like they're not a staff there and I assume they're the owner 👌🏻

For the price during the long holiday, this hotel is highly recommended because the room is spacious, the bathroom is spacious, the facilities are great. Only the shower doesn't work properly, but so far the staff is friendly and fast service. Just for evaluation, for check out, they should have just reminded you via phone that the check out time is almost up, don't come and tell you "check out time is up, sis", it feels like you're being told to leave, like you're being kicked out, it's impolite, even though you could have been nice.

When I first entered the room, there was a lot of sand on the floor. The room wasn't cleaned on the second day. The staff were lacking in hospitality; they didn't greet me or smile, and they weren't as friendly as other hotel staff.

The plus side is the spacious and spacious room. The downside is that it's dirty: there are cockroaches in the room and centipedes in the toilet. The room is old-fashioned, and the furniture has been infested with termites, resulting in a lot of sawdust.

First, I was asked to deposit up to 200,000 Rupiah, which is still understandable, although other hotels in Pangandaran rarely require deposits, let alone up to 200,000 Rupiah. And the most disappointing thing is that I was asked to pay 400,000 Rupiah for an extra bed or an additional 500,000 Rupiah for a room upgrade, even though I only brought 2 children, one 8 years old and the other 4 years old. I didn't stay because I was too annoyed by the unfriendly attitude of the staff. In the end, I stayed at a hotel across the street and the results were far less satisfying. I tried to get a refund, but it turned out to be impossible. So, just consider it experience. Even though the rating was below 8, I still believed it, it turned out to be according to the rating. The rating is also the lowest in Pangandaran.

The AC is not cold, the bathroom only has a shower attachment, the water is small, the door to the balcony is jammed, the toilet is a sit-down toilet and there is no jet shower, it's like staying at a friend's boarding house.

The AC wasn't cold enough, and the door lock was faulty. I had to contact the front desk several times before it was fixed. Overall, the location is very strategic, and there are plenty of food stalls nearby.

Please review the grammar for notifications, not all of them have to use double exclamation marks, the tissue in the room was also very peeled, I thought it was full, but it turned out they used cardboard 😅, there were lots of ants on the dispenser table. If the glass in the bathroom is not allowed to break, you should replace it, don't use glass for the partition. The female employee also accused me of taking her hairdryer, as if her hairdryer was good.. for the first and last time there, bhai
