I bought it from an app, and was given a room in an old building. The room smelled bad and the window was very dirty when I opened it.

Check-in is still at 2:00 PM. The room is noisy. Sounds from other rooms can be heard, including the sounds of vehicles and rain from outside. It's quite cool without the AC, but for those who can't stand the cold, there are rooms without AC that are cool. My room happened to have AC, but I ended up not using it because it was already cold, especially since it was raining heavily during my stay, so it was quite cold. The room was clean, the toilet was clean. The public toilet in the lobby was dirty 🫣

The hotel staff is quite friendly, the hotel is quite clean, the rooms are fragrant and clean, the atmosphere is calm, then access to tourist attractions is easy and close, only on the last night I stayed there was a bit of a disturbance, whether it was visitors or staff, playing cards near the stairs, and that was with quite a loud voice, if possible, the rules for quiet hours could be improved, and the wifi had no internet at all, so it was difficult to access the TV.

The floor was dirty, as if it hadn't been mopped, reminding me of a warehouse floor. The bathroom hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, with many stains that could have been removed with minimal effort. Overall, cleanliness should be a basic requirement for customers, but perhaps this was management's best effort, so keep up the good work.

The admin is fast to respond, the room is clean, but it's just a shame the room smells, maybe they could add some freshener to the toilet and the bedroom, the TV remote is not very responsive, maybe it could be checked before someone checks in.

The mattress in the m2 room is really thin. It's not very comfortable. Then when I arrived, there was a water repair from 1 pm to 8 pm. As a result, I had to go to the gas station to urinate. The receptionist only apologized, but there was no complimentary drink or solution. The water was off for quite a while.

The room is nice, but the downside is that the mattress is not very clean, there are still stains🥲 and the bathroom is a bit smelly, hopefully it can be cleaned more. The room is quite cool even though there is no AC. The location is strategic, suitable for transit if you are tired of going around Lembang.
