Highly recommended to stay here, from the beginning of entering the lobby the staff are very friendly and very helpful. For the standard room is also spacious, clean and fragrant and they have a direct door to the BXC mall so it makes it easy for us to access.

Check in at 16:00 but the room still wasn't ready. Had to wait with the lobby full of people and without a welcome drink/snack. Check out and already registered the parking vehicle but still had to pay the cost for parking. Really disappointed.

on sat 19 apr 2025 there was this guy (i didn't catch his name) in the front desk with glasses, he looks chinese-indonesian and he seems pretty shitty as a front desk tbh. i accidentally ordered wrong date and he didn't even pretend to care or want to help? like i get it i ordered by third party app but jesus christ man maybe act nicer?? 😭😭 i expect more empathy and compassion from front desk people.. he should probably learn from his co-worker named Berliana, she seems a little better in her job than him. anyway, the food in the breakfast section mostly are shitty tbh 🥹 the only thing i like was the pancakes and the waffles! good thing few of the staffs in the breakfast section are REALLY good, friendly and know what they are doing. but the rest i still expect more ok bcs a lot of them still lack of niceness, lack of friendlyness, got confused a lot and don't seem to know what they are doing. also whenever you request stuff to be brought to your room, it may take hours for you to wait so you just had to walk to them to get something 😃 i am not so sure if this hotel truly a 5 stars because a lot of furnitures and stuff in my room seem to be already worn out and kinda gross?? maybe they didn't do regular upgrade new things and new furniture? it just pretty annoying for my severe ocd. also i am neurodivergent and semi non-verbal, i forgot to put that in my special request when i order rooms but i think even non neourodivergent and non semi non-verbal people deserve more treatment than this 🥹😭 well i still have my bookings for next week so hopefully next week they treat me better and upgrade their stuff!

I recently stayed at DoubleTree and had a wonderful experience. It was situated next to bxc mall and Jurangmangu train station. It was really easy to access with the train. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with modern amenities. I also appreciated the thoughtful details, like the quality toiletries and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The gym was well-equipped even though it doesn't have a lot of gym machines and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Location-wise, it was perfect. Close to everything I needed, but still felt like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Absolutely will stay here again and highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and enjoyable hotel experience.

The only problem with this hotel overall are the line numbers to contact. They only receive calls max 6 pm. It's not a problem if we ourselves who book to the hotel. But if we refer or book for another person like a guest overseas, it will be hard for helping our guest check in or anything they ask to help. Because we can't make contact with the hotel. Overall, good location and good hotel and still new.

Very ideal for a staycation with family

First time trying DoubleTree By Hilton, initially wanted to be in Cikini but another thing is Bintaro is good because it is in the same area as the mall. Didn't expect to be able to check in early, at 11 am we could go straight to the room. The room area is clean and fragrant, got free cookies for the kids from the staff when checking in.. Don't ask about the facilities, all are the best.. kids activities are guaranteed to be happy staying here. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choices, it's just a shame because it was crowded we had to wait a long time. See you nest time DoubleTree🩶

It was an overall good experience stay. The location is good, next to the vibrant mall in Bintaro Jaya. The facility was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be better in terms of the menu choices and taste.

I booked 2 rooms there. 1 room (1501) was ok. 1 other room was not ready yet, even after 4 pm, and when someone finally gave me the key (1508 written on the key tag), it was apparently a wrong key, coz when we entered that room, it was already occupied by other person. We called the reception and someone said our correct room number was 1511 (then why they sent us the key for room 1508 in the first place????). The person also said that he will deliver the right key upstairs, so we waited. But after approx. 30 mins waiting, no one came and we had to come down to the reception to get the key for the right room 1511. Terrible service from the front office staff. Really disappointed. One saving grace was the room conditions both are OK. It was clean, comfort and all facilities such as aircon and hot water are working well.

The meals for breakfast need more taste and spice.

We stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel for three days and two nights (2-4 Apr) and we were given a corner room that was spacious for us. The kids love the pool, while Ayah Bunda like the gym. Our brunch experience at the restaurant was excellent! It offers a variety of food options, including a kids menu. The hotel is conveniently located near BXC2 and offers a variety of entertainment alternatives.

good hotel next to the mall which makes it fun to look for food, the swimming pool is also good, the breakfast is delicious with a variety of food, only lacking the chili sauce (terasi/onions) which is not there. Check in was a bit long even though I left it at the mall until 4 pm the room was not ready

I stayed on April 3, 2025 (Thursday) got room 1210.. overall everything is good,,staff friendly,room cleanliness,food is also delicious.. we just had trouble checking in,we arrived at 15.20,,but we only got a room at 17.10,,is it that long? even though we got a welcome drink and there is a waiting room on the 2nd floor.. improve the customer check-in time again, don't wait that long,,

more improved for the best service. And more food variants added to make it more attractive to visitors
