Stayed 2 nights at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Diponegoro for a business trip, and as always, Hilton never disappoints! You can really feel their fresh new vibes—elegant, bright, and impeccably clean.
Loved the easy access to Bintaro Xchange Mall, making it super convenient for a quick shopping or dining trip. Their 24-hour gym is a huge plus, and the local breakfast options were definitely a highlight.
And of course, don’t forget to grab their signature cookies before heading home—a little treat that makes the stay even sweeter. 🍪💙

Staff were extremely friendly. Hotel is fairly new, therefore it's still in pristine condition. Hotel is connected to a mall, Aquarium and Ice rink. Pool has great view.

The hotel's location, integrated with a mall, made our staycation even more convenient. The staff were very friendly and happily accommodated our early check-in request, even though the hotel was already full due to peak season. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. Thank you for the birthday cake, and the beautiful birthday decorations on the mirror! The varied and delicious breakfast menu was also unforgettable. Special thanks to the ladies and men at the restaurant who took the initiative to help with my daughter's birthday surprise after breakfast.
The infinity pool is a perfect place to relax in the evening while enjoying the beautiful city view. DoubleTree Hilton Bintaro, can't wait to visit you again!

Recommended staycation at Bintaro Hotel, very kids friendly, integrated with the mall, 2 nights here is not enough time😁clean, neat, fragrant😍 ask for a prayer mat, there is a staff to deliver to the room✨✨✨✨✨
And the best service👍👍 friendly staff, always helpful, we were happy and surprised to get a birthday surprise at breakfast😍 and it was also delivered to the room🥳 the food is delicious and there are many choices if you are lazy just say and it will be brought to you😁 best sat set 👍👍👍 hopefully my husband's fortune is abundant so he can stay here again🤲🤲

A very pleasant hotel, nice and clean, friendly staff, staying for a staycation with family is very pleasant, close to a very complete mall, Bintaro Xchange adds to the value of the Double Tree Hilton Bintaro hotel.

The experience of staying here is quite satisfying with the service of the staff, but the mattress seems a bit dusty, but the cleanliness of the floor or walls of the room and bathroom is good, the breakfast is quite delicious, access to places to eat or entertainment is very good, the swimming pool is clean and comfortable to bring children for a staycation here. Hopefully the service will be better and more satisfying. ♡
