It's a perfect accommodation when we have to catch our morning flight as the location is very strategic. The room is clean and the staffs are always friendly and accommodating (it was my 5th stay) and I will definitely come back in the future. The coffee and pastry were super delicious. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff was very friendly, especially the guy standing by the door. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and helped carry my things upstairs and down. It was great.

My wife happened to be menstruating while we were staying, and there was a small blood stain left on the sheets. After checking out, the security guard chased us back to the front desk. There, the receptionist showed me a photo of the blood stain and told me to pay an additional Rp 100,000 fee because he said the stain was difficult to remove. While he was explaining, the security guard stood next to me, as if afraid I wouldn't pay. I paid, but that's the way I dislike it: keeping a very close eye on guests like they're guarding criminals. It was an unpleasant experience at this hotel.

If you stay one night to catch an early flight the next day, it is a better option. Food sellers in the surrounding area outside. 24-hour mart too, to refresh yourself under the shower and have a rest.

The receptionist Nury's service was very friendly and satisfying, I was given an early check-in because I had a flight at dawn, the hotel was also clean and the lobby was very fragrant, luggage was assisted, I would give 10 stars if it was listed for the staff

The service is very friendly, satisfying and makes things easier for customers, the service from receptionist Nuri is very impressive because it was very easy to check in early because there was an early flight and the process of moving luggage by HK Yanto and Rifki really made it easier for me who was carrying a lot of stuff. Highly recommended if you need accommodation within the airport. It's located in Terminal 1A, but there's drop-off to other airport terminals if your flight isn't in 1A. The rooms are okay, and you'll be reminded of your departure time.

The receptionist, Nuri, was friendly and smiling, so it was nice to hear her explanation, she was very patient when explaining, even the check-in time was moved up so it was nice to stay here, the hotel equipment was also not fake, it was of good quality especially the toothbrush, it was cool.
