The hotel is great for early flights, just a 3-minute walk down. Staff members Nurul and Yelsi helped us check in early, and they offered a morning call to ensure we didn't miss our flight. The lobby and rooms were very clean and smelled wonderful.

I had a very early flight, but I was greeted warmly and friendly by receptionists Nury and Yelsi, and the cleaning team helped me get my luggage in. The receptionist let me check in early, and the lobby smelled incredibly clean, and the room was also clean and fragrant.

The service is very friendly, satisfying and makes things easier for customers, the service from receptionist Nuri is very impressive because it was very easy to check in early because there was an early flight and the process of moving luggage by HK Yanto and Rifki really made it easier for me who was carrying a lot of stuff. My stay at Prima Hotel was very pleasant. I was warmly greeted by receptionist Nury, who offered to wake me up since I didn't have a flight. The staff were friendly and kind, and the hotel was clean and the room smelled great.

For me, this really helps, we are also asked whether we want to be woken up or not, what time breakfast will be delivered... We really need this kind of service when we travel and need a place to rest.

My wife happened to be menstruating while we were staying, and there was a small blood stain left on the sheets. After checking out, the security guard chased us back to the front desk. There, the receptionist showed me a photo of the blood stain and told me to pay an additional Rp 100,000 fee because he said the stain was difficult to remove. While he was explaining, the security guard stood next to me, as if afraid I wouldn't pay. I paid, but that's the way I dislike it: keeping a very close eye on guests like they're guarding criminals. It was an unpleasant experience at this hotel.

If you stay one night to catch an early flight the next day, it is a better option. Food sellers in the surrounding area outside. 24-hour mart too, to refresh yourself under the shower and have a rest.
