All in all, Hotel D'Prima is a really lovely place to stay. Maybe if they could just check the furniture in the rooms a bit more often, that would be great. It would also be really great if they could check the cleanliness of the rooms and furniture, which looks a little old and may need to be replaced. I think the variety of local and Western menu options could be improved. b

Stayed here several times. Here's the review. Positive: 1. Friendly staff as usual 2. Ample parking 3. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom is good Negative: 1. Got a room with a connecting door. Sounds from the next room were heard. 2. The room door was difficult to open. Finally exchanged the access card with the receptionist. Please pay attention to this. 3. For food, it seems there should be a new menu variation. Even though I don't stay often, it turns out the menu is the same and the taste tends to be ordinary. And one more thing, on the 10th floor the wifi is completely dead. But overall I will still come back to stay here again.

The hotel staff is nice and helpful (especially the security guard is very kind), the facilities are complete, there are no missing amenities, the front office staff also helps with the check-in/check-out process. (A little note, if guests refuse any offer, the front office staff must remain professional and friendly, don't just say "grumpy," unpleasant to look at. The front office is like the face of the hotel, so it must give a good first impression).

very satisfying, clean hotel, friendly, helpful staff, delicious food, I was previously at d'prima Balikpapan and it was also recommended.....it's just a shame that the one in Tangerang had a slippery bathroom floor, I almost fell... my suggestion is that the hotel could add an anti-slip mat in the bathroom.....that's all...everything is good...thank you d'prima, greetings from Eastern Indonesia.

Check-in and check-out were fast, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious and the facilities were decent, including a hairdryer. Breakfast had a decent variety. There were plenty of snacks around the hotel. The swimming pool was spacious. The downside was that the bathroom floor was slippery. Apparently, many people have complained, so perhaps the bathroom tiles should be replaced with rougher ones. I don't know why the bathroom is having problems now, as I've never had problems with the bathroom before.
