The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures shown in the website: comfortable bed, big room space, clean & helpful staff. Check in & out was really smooth. Breakfast was scrumptious, too. Surely will stay again if we're around. Thank you Dreamtel Jakarta for the great hospitality!

A strategic location, really close to gondangdia train station, also close to the sabang street, a culinary destination in jakarta, the hotel staff is friendly, the bed is comfortable and the hotel is nice

The location is great. The breakfast buffet was delicious and awesome. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Highly recommended!

When I checked in, my room was hot. I waited about 15 minutes for the AC to work, but it was still hot. I reported it to the receptionist, and a staff member arrived shortly after to check the AC. They said they had asked for the AC to be checked that day. Thankfully, the AC started to cool down and became more comfortable. All the staff were friendly and polite.

This is my first time staying here. The room is spacious and comfortable. The shower is good. Access is also easy. It's close to the Cut nya Dien Mosque. The WiFi is a bit slow.

The hotel is quite flexible with check-in, which is a plus. However, the staff's response to room issues was very unsatisfactory. My wife called the front desk three times from the room, but no one answered. When I called from an outside number, I was immediately answered, and the reason was that the room phone was disconnected. Furthermore, when I complained about the TV remote not working, the front desk only promised to follow up, but no staff came to the room until check-out. This lack of responsiveness is truly regrettable. Hopefully, the evening service can be improved.

- Very strategic location, close to Gondangdia Station (just a 10-minute walk), close to restaurants and the National Monument (Monas).
- Initially hesitant about the 400-plus rate, but the food is delicious, especially the beef stew and the fried rice.
- Overall, the room is comfortable and has good hot water.
- For transit to Bogor and Sukabumi by train, it could be a good alternative.
- Easy check-in and check-out, and friendly service.
Points to improve:
- Room cleanliness.
- The elevator windows would be much better if cleaned.
