This hotel has a river right next to it, perfect for relaxing on the river rocks in the afternoon. The atmosphere is serene, the resort building is unique, and the breakfast menu is quite extensive. The rooms are also very clean. There's a cafe with beautiful views.
What I really appreciated was the direct delivery of any items I left behind. Thank you to the entire Driam Riverside team.

even though the room faces the river, the room is not noisy when the door is closed. the view offered from this room makes fatigue disappear. it's not a loss to choose to stay here. I was very touched and at the same time grateful because my husband and I were allowed to check in early. this resort is still a bit far from the white crater tourist spot but I think it doesn't matter because the place is cool.

I ordered a room with a river view, masyaAllah it was really nice, the air was also soooooo cool, even without AC it was no problem.
the bathroom was also clean, there was no smell, the room was clean, the bed sheets, pillows, blankets were clean.
so it's the best place for a staycation

It's nice to stay here, the rooms are clean, the hotel staff is friendly, the air is fresh, the scenery is really beautiful, the food is also good, you can get free tickets to the tourist attractions D'Riam too. Really recommended, next time will come here again😄

Overall a very pleasant experience, just one note: the playground seems a bit under-checked. My child (weighing less than 30 kg) was playing on the swing and the rope broke, even though there was no information on the maximum weight of the swing (my assumption is 30 kg is still quite small). Luckily, the bottom was sandy and my child was not injured at all, just a few scratches. Other than that, everything was quite okay, perhaps the breakfast could be more varied, although the existing one is fine.

I stayed in the Luxcamp deluxe room type no. 501 with a direct view of the swimming pool and river. For the price of 700 thousand it is very worth it, the room is clean, quite spacious, the hot water is also immediate, no need to wait long. There is a swimming pool, children can also play in the river too, lots of photo spots, the staff are also friendly, the only drawback is the breakfast, it is not very varied. But it's okay, there are also lots of children's play areas. If asked whether I will come back again? I will definitely answer...

The experience of staying here was quite good, upgraded to riverview but there are many things that need to be improved, for the price of the room with the facilities obtained it is not worth it, such as incomplete amenities, no soap in the bathroom, hairdryer, comb, air freshener is out of stock, the TV is still not a smart TV, the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved because there are still insects and dust on the floor, windows and chairs, the room door also needs to be repaired because there is a small gap, for breakfast the food is less varied.

We happened to stay there from Sunday to Monday. We really liked the ambiance, which felt like a private resort because it was so quiet. We were the only ones playing in the playground and the lower area, and the staff were all friendly and super helpful. Thank you for the compliment.
Unfortunately, the food wasn't ready for breakfast, which was supposed to be at 7:00. Our child, who usually wakes up at dawn, was already hungry when we arrived at the restaurant, hehe. However, the food was delicious and the menu was varied.

Very pleasant, aesthetically pleasing rooms and delicious food... lots of activities to do with the family... will definitely be back...
Some of my criticisms:
- Luxcamp's deluxe room variants should include standing mirrors and bar-style towel hangers to enhance guest comfort.
- Stroller access should be provided throughout the entire area to make it more senior-friendly and less tiring for exploring.
- Pest control devices should be added to each room, as some insects can enter the Luxcamp rooms at night. It might be necessary to inspect any possible gaps and seal them immediately.

Overall it was fun, the atmosphere and facilities were good, it's just that the service was a bit slow to respond, I requested an extra bed but it wasn't ready and the staff had to be contacted several times before it could be installed, and that was in the afternoon after checking in.

went here with 2 kids, booked a family room. Room 1 has a king size bed and room 2 has 2 twin beds, very spacious. When you first enter the room, it is very clean and fragrant. The bathroom is clean, but maybe something needs to be replaced (eg. mirror and shower in the main room). The AC is very cold. The vibe around the hotel is very pleasant, there are many choices of food, the price is affordable, and it is quite delicious. There are many facilities that make families feel at home all day at the resort, no need to leave the hotel in traffic because everything is there. Maybe what needs to be improved is the unstable wifi connection, the entrance gate to the room that likes to open by itself, and the swimming pool could be cleaned regularly to make it clearer. went here with 2 kids, booked a family room. Room 1 has a king size bed and room 2 has 2 twin beds, very spacious. When you first enter the room, it is very clean and fragrant. The bathroom is clean, but maybe something needs to be replaced (eg. mirror and shower in the main room). The AC is very cold. The vibe around the hotel is very pleasant, there are many choices of food, the price is affordable, and it is quite delicious. There are many facilities that make families feel at home all day at the resort, no need to leave the hotel in traffic because everything is there. Maybe what needs to be improved is the unstable wifi connection, the entrance gate to the room that likes to open by itself, and the swimming pool could be cleaned regularly to make it clearer. The check-in process is easy and fast, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the room is clean, the breakfast is quite varied, the taste is good, next time try the glamping type and resort rooms.

even though the room faces the river, the room is not noisy when the door is closed. the view offered from this room makes fatigue disappear. it's not a loss to choose to stay here. I was very touched and at the same time grateful because my husband and I were allowed to check in early. this resort is still a bit far from the white crater tourist spot but I think it doesn't matter because the place is cool.
