The ambiance of the hotel is great! The staff are very polite and friendly. The check-in went very smooth and we got the surprise that we got an upgrade to the junior suite. This suite was excellent. The breakfast had much variety. I really recommend this hotel. This hotel is also a heaven for kids with all the pools and kids things to do. Thank you Eastparc for a pleasure staying.

Our family had a truly magnificent staycation experience at EastParc Hotel Jogja. I’ve stayed in many hotels, both for business and family trips, but this one really stood out as something really special.
From the very beginning, we were welcomed with a smooth and quick check-in handled by friendly staff. The room was spacious and even came with a complimentary extra bed, which was perfect for one person or a child. The hotel’s location is also very strategic, right in the heart of Jogja.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the amusement park combined with a water park and outbound facilities within the hotel area. This made our family vacation even more enjoyable. From ATV rides, virtual reality cinema, multiple water slides, and a wave pool to horse riding and outbound activities, everything was designed to create fun and memorable moments for families.
Overall, it was an amazing stay, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, the next time we visit Jogja, we will stay at EastParc Hotel Jogja again. Super highly recommended!

The staff are all friendly, only the staff at the balloon pool are less friendly, there is no explanation, suddenly they are reprimanded. The variety and taste of the food are far from expectations, hopefully it can be improved again... overall it is satisfying, the kids are happy

All three of my staycations at Eastparc began with my late father and my first child, and now my third child and my father have passed away. There are more and more play activities, but some are paid. The kids always enjoy changing pools, especially at Angel Falls and Aquaparc. They also enjoy the horse racing and ATV rides. Hopefully, there will be more free games, so they can come back for a staycation here.

The hotel is currently promoting a "go green" theme, but it would be better if basic amenities like toothbrushes were still provided in the rooms. Toothbrushes can be requested by request, but when trying to contact the operator, the in-room phone didn't have a dial tone and was directed to WhatsApp. However, the butler's WhatsApp response was very slow.
