The hotel was comfortable, close to various attractions, the food was delicious, and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, when I took a shower in the morning after breakfast, the hot water didn't work; it was at normal temperature. However, the hot water was on when I arrived at the hotel that night. Maybe in the future, please check the water heater in the morning, because my child can't take cold showers. Thanks.

Very disappointing... the room type given at check-in did not match the one booked on the platform. Then there was an incident where my child was trapped in the elevator, and I resolved it myself, but the elevator response was slow and it turned out the elevator had a history of "breakdowns" (according to the experience of customers who had visited there).

This is my first time staying here.. the rooms are spacious. I booked 3 rooms, 1 of which was upgraded to deluxe, thanks.. one more thing, maybe you can give me a room freshener because the first time I entered, there was no scent and what was surprising was that there was a pantyliner stuck to the bathroom wall, maybe for the CS to pay attention.. overall, everything was actually pleasant..

The room that was booked initially had a balcony door that could not be locked, then the receptionist generously upgraded the room to Fahira Suite 👍. The parking lot should be increased, the basement parking is too narrow. Hopefully next time there will be security guarding outside or in the parking lot/basement. Thank you Fahira Hotel.
