One of the most strategically located accommodations in Jogja. It is located 2 minutes from Alkid. In front of it there is an Indomaret that is open 24 hours. Clean rooms. Comfortable cold AC. Will come back again if I go to Jogja 🙏🏻

a very homey homestay, very comfortable, the staff are friendly, the homestay area and rooms are clean. there are many places to eat and snack near the homestay, there is also an Indomaret, basically everywhere is easy to access, next time I go to Jogja I want to stay here again, recommended place to stay!!🫶🏻

There were no guards there, the LPK staff were not friendly, the bathroom smelled of urine, the drain was clogged and the water was also clogged, it was really dirty. There was trash in every corner, it was really smelly, there was a really big rat in the parking lot lol, there were cockroaches in the room, I wanted to vomit, the room was cramped, dusty, the AC was not cold, the floor was covered in dusty carpet, as soon as I stepped on my shoes, they were immediately bitten by mites, as a result my feet were itchy and sore until now.

Renovations were underway again, and there was no notification, so I was a bit hesitant and it seemed messy. When I arrived, I had to wait a while for the receptionist.

Comfortable accommodation, fast wifi & AC, the location is close to everywhere, and there are many stalls, eateries, and a 24-hour Indomaret in front of the accommodation which makes it easy for us to buy necessities.

Even when I sleep I wear a mask. Cat hair is EVERYWHERE. I can't cancel/refund it anymore. There are lots of low ones but not this bad...it's really bad. I don't recommend it.

Quite far from Tugu Station. The room ventilation is lacking, so it's quite hot. When I booked AC, it turned out to be a fan. The bathroom is okay. The staff is friendly. I apologize because I have a phobia of cats, so I was disturbed by the cats. Hopefully next time it can be secured.

Omg, beyond expectations. In fact, the room is better than the picture. Happy to stay here, the only suggestion is that the water in the shower is not smooth. Maybe that's all, the rest is worth it, the location is also strategic. It's not a loss to stay here. Hopefully next time I can stay here again 😊
