We booked Deluxe Room King Bed and it was so awesome! The room is quite big with additional mattress close to the window. The bathroom is clean and we got completed amenities. Breakfast tastes amazing and most importantly the staff is super friendly! They were kind, polite and nice to everyone I've seen it myself! Mom is so happy with the room service and the polite staff. I mean with this price compare with all of the services omg so much worthy! Definitely will come back for sure! Thank you, Fairfield. Keep up the great service!

The accommodation is so perfect for couple, large room, and excellent service, I love the view, it will be perfect if in the restaurant have more space because for me it's too crowded but overall I would recommend this hotel

This hotel is recommenced for Business trip and short holiday because of its strategic location near to restaurants and shopping malls.. good variant of breakfast.. the room is a bit small but clean and new.. I like the modern minimalist room interior.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the access was easy, just a bit congested. The swimming pool was clean and didn't smell of chlorine. The rooms were clean and nice.

A pretty good 4-star hotel in a strategic location. Parking is a bit cramped, but there's a security guard on hand to assist with getting in and out. The staff is very friendly and professional. I encountered a minor issue, but both staff and management responded promptly and promptly. The food is quite varied, and dinner at the cafe with a pool view adds to the serene atmosphere. Overall, it's good and highly recommended.

During my stay at Fairfield since 2019, with a fairly frequent frequency, on average the room AC is not cold enough (for me, maybe for some people it is enough). Friendly staff, friendly and professional security, really 24 hours standby (great)
For breakfast choices, standard but quite delicious.
The FO staff is also very friendly, our family was greeted by Mr. Temy, he was very friendly and communicative.
The location is very strategic near Ciputra Tunjungan and Pakuwon. Maybe the AC needs to be rejuvenated and the pillows are a bit hard (maybe replaced with soft ones).
That's all and always success for Fairfield by Marriott.

The room is very clean, the lighting is bright. It's just that you can only check in at 15:00, it's too late, and if you check in early at 14:00 you will be charged 50% of the room price.
