The AC is very cold, the rooms are spacious, and there are many places nearby that offer typical East Javanese breakfasts. Next time I'm in Surabaya, I'll definitely be back.

Stayed one night for business trip. Interior is a bit old but sufficient if you’re not looking for a long stay.

All ok and easy access to West Surabaya

I often stay at Fairfield by Marriott, the location is very strategic, the staff is friendly, the security is also friendly, the check in is fast. The only thing that is quite unfortunate is why the AC is not cold enough, even though I have stayed there dozens of times, dozens of rooms also have the same AC, not cold enough, please correct Fairfield by Marriott 🙏🙏

We took two rooms. We arrived at 3:30 PM and had to wait until the rooms were ready. We were allowed to check in around 4:00 PM. The lobby was uncomfortable, lacking the sofas typical of a 4-star hotel.

I stayed for one night during my business trip to Surabaya and the hotel was nice, the staff was so friendly, the room was amazing and clean, and I had the best breakfast and the best service from their staff. This hotel is very recommended.

The location is strategic, the staffs are all friendly and helpful. They proactively ask me what they can do when they see me a little bit confused or hesitant. I like this hotel.

A pretty good 4-star hotel in a strategic location. Parking is a bit cramped, but there's a security guard on hand to assist with getting in and out. The staff is very friendly and professional. I encountered a minor issue, but both staff and management responded promptly and promptly. The food is quite varied, and dinner at the cafe with a pool view adds to the serene atmosphere. Overall, it's good and highly recommended.

Very family friendly hotel, staff are very friendly and nice... Top for the food, especially the rawon, delicious.

Strategically located in West Surabaya, close to shopping centers. Clean, comfortable bathrooms.

There are many restaurants around the hotel and it is easy to get to the new mall.
