The staff was very friendly from the time we checked in, during our stay, until we checked out. Love it. The hotel is nice enough even though the room is small, but it's quite comfortable and clean. The location is great, near many restaurants and in the heart of the city.

Sangat strategis, banyak resto berbagai macam, dekat dengan Pantai Kuta Legian, staff ramah, 7 menit ke Lippo Sunset, 10 menit ke Lavafella, 10 menit ke Kuta Beach, 5 menit ke Tempong Indra, Ibab, Warung Cahaya dan lain-lain (catatan menggunakan motor) semua serba dekat. Next akan menginap lagi kemungkinan karena aksesnya sangat strategis.

For Fame Hotel Sunset Road, the room is comfortable and clean. Balcony view to Sunset Road is just as expected. The fried noodle we had for breakfast was great. We didn't expect much for the breakfast as we had the best Balinese pork ribs for dinner, but it is well above our expectation.

The hotel is very comfortable. I am typically unable to sleep in a new place, but I slept very soundly here.
The AC is super cold. There is a massage chair in the lobby, which is very helpful when traveling long distances.
The hotel is very close to restaurants, just choose one. If I go to Bali again, I want to stay here again.

The reception staff were not very friendly. When we checked in and checked out, when it was flooded yesterday, the staff did not provide a solution or any way to get to the airport. Luckily, there was a kind Gojek driver who took us there.

Super noisy from day 1 till day 4. Bunch of group every day checked in during the middle of the night. The staff didn’t bother to other customers. If you want to get rest and relax entire your stay in bali . Avoid this hotel. ( most of the guests lack of manners) . Early morning shouted, yielded, banged the door at the hotel corridor. Super disappointed with the response of the staffs regarding this issue. They should do something to make other costumers feel comfortable instead of said sorry, sorry, sorry. Sorry didn’t solve the problem.

Overall, the hotel is actually good, but I had to wait. I went back and forth to find food and buy souvenirs 3 times before I could finally go to my room to check in and rest.

Super noisy from day 1 till day 4. Bunch of group every day checked in during the middle of the night. The staff didn’t bother to other customers. If you want to get rest and relax entire your stay in bali . Avoid this hotel. ( most of the guests lack of manners) . Early morning shouted, yielded, banged the door at the hotel corridor. Super disappointed with the response of the staffs regarding this issue. They should do something to make other costumers feel comfortable instead of said sorry, sorry, sorry. Sorry didn’t solve the problem.

The hotel is very comfortable. I am typically unable to sleep in a new place, but I slept very soundly here.
The AC is super cold. There is a massage chair in the lobby, which is very helpful when traveling long distances.
The hotel is very close to restaurants, just choose one. If I go to Bali again, I want to stay here again.
