I've been here three times and always stay here when I'm in Malang. It's quite comfortable, nice, and clean, and the prices are affordable.

Quite comfortable for transit, strategic location. I thought I got a room with a window view from outside hehe, maybe because I booked the cheapest one, so I got one inside, it's okay, it's still comfortable. But it's a bit noisy because I was with a family with small children, suddenly there was a knock on the door in the morning. The man was also friendly & very kind waiting for me to arrive, there was entertainment from adorable cats in front 😍 Thanks u.

The staff is very friendly, the explanations about the rooms are informative, the surrounding environment has a beautiful atmosphere.

very unfriendly and unclear service, there is no sign indicating the location of Farel House (the sign in front of the hotel). I have asked for help from the local RT and he informed me that guests of Farel House often have difficulty finding the location and cannot contact the service there. I was even helped to contact the waiter but he did not pick up. After I waited and was directed to the location of Farel House, the waiter came and suddenly got angry at us who did not come even though we were waiting. even 'chased' us out by telling us to cancel when we defended that we had difficulty finding the location and could not contact the service. Guests who should have been received friendly and accompanied were instead cursed at for not coming immediately and asking for help from people around!

I chose the cheapest room, it was very comfortable, the water in the bathroom was also heated, but unfortunately the shower needed repair.

The guard is friendly and kind, hopefully I can stay there again later.

The hotel is in the form of a comfortable and cool villa boarding house. There was an unpleasant experience. The hotel guard was very rude. And his words were rude. But I have forgiven him. Hopefully I will get his blessings. I give a good rating to the hotel because it is pleasant because the air is cold. And it carries over to my city of Surabaya. My city becomes cold. For my learning inspiration to organize my private boarding house hotel in the future. Hopefully the construction of my hotel will run smoothly and be successful. The mas'e is friendly and willing to tell you about the problems with the room that you are staying in, such as the shower not working and the TV signal disappearing who knows where hehe. Penginapan lumayan buat backpacker. Karena harga murah. Staff baik sekali.

Strategic location near tourist attractions, comfortable, clean, and there is a complete kitchen with equipment 👍🏻 but the admin is not very responsive, hopefully this can be improved in the future.

But finding food is difficult, there is a kitchen and cooking utensils provided, you can cook, but there is no refrigerator.
