We were exhausted after the long journey and hoped to get some rest. However, the room we received didn't meet our expectations. We had clearly booked a room with a king-size bed, but instead were given a room with twin beds.
We wanted to complain, but the room phone wasn't working, so my husband had to go down to the front desk to report the issue. Furthermore, the bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to pool and create a mess every time we used it. Furthermore, the TV channel selection was very limited, as it wasn't a smart TV, making it quite boring when we wanted to relax in our room.

At the beginning of the CX, they said there were no non-smoking rooms. Even though I ordered non-smoking through the application, I was directed to upgrade because there was no room type. However, I still asked for it according to the application until it was prepared for about 20 minutes. When I was tired from traveling, I had to wait patiently.

just here for transit and also to go to Villagio, yes the distance is quite close. the food is varied but the taste is lacking. the staff is friendly, for parking can be claimed to the receptionist so it's free.
