A nice hotel in the town. The room was spacious but lack of window so it felt like I was in some kind of kos2an/kontrakan. But the staff was very nice and helpful. The room also clean. Thanks

Excellent stay. Staff are all friendly & kind. Warm smiles & generous. Got upgraded to Aston. Food awsome! Thank you to fom Mr. Teguh. Also Front Office Mr. Rizky & Ms. Meida for their kind & gentle assistance each time @ the Reception. Not to forget Executive Chef Indra. He prepares sumptuous spread of breakfast buffet with international & local fusion comparable to a 5 star. Only constructive feedback I can add is, rice on the buffet's & some food are too cold. If they are put on a warmer, I'll give 10/10. Well done Fave & Aston!. I'm off to Bogor for 3 day's retreat. I will come back to stay again at your property on 1st September as it's my birthday. Overall, the service from Favehotel Cihampelas is top-notch, starting from the security, receptionists, and hotel staff, everyone is very friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious, the water heater and wifi are always on, and there is a warm swimming pool for children. It's top.

The place, location, and price are okay. I just asked for the key to open the connecting room by phone, it took a long time, finally I went to the receptionist to ask for it directly. For breakfast, it tasted good, but last night I ordered noodles, but the taste was bland, the portion was too big, and the price of the noodles was quite expensive for that kind of taste.

My room was upgraded to a Family room because the Junior suite I booked turned out to be a smoking room, I brought my child, it was impossible to sleep in that room. Thank you to Mr. MOD and the FO staff named Jonathan for helping me during check-in.
