In general, everything is good, great. But if possible (just a suggestion) it needs a little adjustment, especially (in my opinion) the convenience for Muslim and Muslimah hotel guests to perform ablution (take water for prayer), it is a little difficult with the current layout of the water cubicles. Just a suggestion for betterment in the future, but in general, this hotel is highly recommended to be tried for anyone visiting this city.

Fun and perfect for a staycation with kids, the location is also great, right in front of the park. A suggestion for the pool area would be more organized if parents didn't go inside. When I first arrived, I mistakenly entered the gate of the housing complex next door because of the small hotel sign below. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The swimming pool was large. The breakfast was delicious. Suggestions for the children's and adult pool dividers in the swimming pool were there were ceramic steps that were not visible so several times my nephew got hit by the steps until he bled because he got stuck. Maybe there were some uneven tiles. Suggestions for the children's pool area to be made into a slide playground so that the children don't get bored. It's easy to find, but getting into the area is a bit tricky because it's at an intersection and into a warehouse area. The hotel is decent for those on business in the Karawang industrial area, not too far, but it's a bit congested. Breakfast is good, and the staff is friendly. Some room amenities require requesting.

In general, everything is good, great. But if possible (just a suggestion) it needs a little adjustment, especially (in my opinion) the convenience for Muslim and Muslimah hotel guests to perform ablution (take water for prayer), it is a little difficult with the current layout of the water cubicles. Just a suggestion for betterment in the future, but in general, this hotel is highly recommended to be tried for anyone visiting this city.

Fun and perfect for a staycation with kids, the location is also great, right in front of the park. A suggestion for the pool area would be more organized if parents didn't go inside. Because kids don't have much freedom when most parents are in it. It would be better if hotel staff supervised the kids in the pool 🙏🏻

When I first arrived, I mistakenly entered the gate of the housing complex next door because of the small hotel sign below. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The swimming pool was large. The breakfast was delicious. Suggestions for the children's and adult pool dividers in the swimming pool were there were ceramic steps that were not visible so several times my nephew got hit by the steps until he bled because he got stuck. Maybe there were some uneven tiles. Suggestions for the children's pool area to be made into a slide playground so that the children don't get bored. It's easy to find, but getting into the area is a bit tricky because it's at an intersection and into a warehouse area. The hotel is decent for those on business in the Karawang industrial area, not too far, but it's a bit congested. Breakfast is good, and the staff is friendly. Some room amenities require requesting.
