The location is strategic, the room is clean, comfortable and spacious, the receptionists and room services are always smile. Lastly, the food was also great!

Strategic location, right next to Dago Panyawangan. Book a Family Suite and it's super satisfying. Comfortable, fast cold air conditioning, spacious bathroom (with bathtub and 4 towels), upstairs (duplex room) with twin bed mattresses on the carpet but comfortable. There is a kind of wardrobe for hanging clothes and can change clothes there (in the closet is equipped with prayer facilities for Muslims). Free minibar, hairdryer, Dilmah tea is super yummy, hotel slippers can be 2 and super comfortable and elegant design. Living room is really good. Near everywhere because in Dago. Breakfast is delicious! The omelette and scramble egg are so delish, the poffertjes & waffles are so crunchy, the pudding is delicious. Will be back here for sure. Oh yes! For a family suite, the price can be 1, 3. Totally worth it!

Saya ambil kamar family yang hampir 2 jt per malam, tapi ga ada wifi, dengan alasan teknisi providernya belum dateng, tv di kamar juga tv kabel biasa, yang channelnya ga banyak dan gak menarik, padahal kita berniat nginap di sini untuk bermalas-malasan sambil nonton film-film seru di Netflix, viu dan sebagainya, tapi karena ga ada internet sama sekali, semua jadi gak menarik. Masa dengan harga segitu mereka tidak melayani dengan baik. Staf juga ga helpful, kita dateng bawa barang, tapi ga ada tuh yang bantu-bantu angkat koper. Toilet di kamar juga sudah tua, keran wastafel gak bisa mati sempurna. Lampu kamar tidak terang, cuma lampu meja dan lampu sudut.

Stay with family in family room. The check-in process is fast, the hotel looks a bit old, the rooms are spacious (2 floors) with a spacious bathroom (with a bathtub), room amenities are also complete and clean. The drawback is the shower faucet is broken, TV cable is not clear. The breakfast is pretty good but the menu is limited, the swimming pool is small/narrow, can't be used because it's being cleaned (even though there should be a lot of guests on Sunday morning). Strategic hotel location in Dago area, lots of factory outlets and restaurants/cafes around the hotel.

Located on the main road but quite quiet, the rooms are spacious and clean, a prayer bowl is provided, the breakfast is delicious, there are books that can be borrowed, perfect for bringing the family and relaxing with a partner.

The rooms are spacious, there is a mini living room so it&#39;s nice if you want to eat there, you don&#39;t need to be on the bed. The room is quite spacious. Warm water is smooth, children can be satisfied playing in the bathtub. In the morning the car was already shiny and washed. Good location, want to go shopping just walk. Unfortunately there is no balcony that can see the city view and the swimming pool has cold water.

The receptionist is friendly, the check-in process is also fast. Clean hotel rooms, classic European style design, clean sheets, clean pillows, clean and fragrant towels. The bathroom is clean and there is a bathtub. The food is delicious. The air conditioner is really cold even though it's already using the lowest temperature. Perfect first experience staying at this hotel, soon will come back to stay at this hotel. Thankyou Geulis✨
