What I like about this hotel is how close it is to RS Sentosa, because at that time I needed an accommodation near the hospital.

The hot water didn't work, but it was still cold, the room next to the road wasn't soundproof, and the mattress hit a building pillar, making it difficult to walk. The basement parking lot was cramped for entry and exit.

Very disappointing. I booked a deluxe room and a suite. However, the deluxe room had bed bugs that caused red, itchy spots on my skin, small cockroaches, and the sheets and bed cover were unusable because they were dirty and dusty, and there was no cleaning service available to replace them. The suite also had small cockroaches, and the next morning my son woke up with red spots all over his body. The glasses used for breakfast smelled like cockroaches. The water wasn't clear, but yellow, and the hot water didn't turn on, and it wasn't mentioned at check-in.

The location is strategic, close to everywhere, restaurants and tourist attractions in the city, the hotel has a karaoke place, so if you don't feel like going anywhere, you can just stop by the karaoke at the hotel, the breakfast has many variations, the room is clean, comfortable, and there is plenty of water. In short, it's recommended 👍 Check-in took a bit long, but the rest is okay. Oh yes, check-in requires a 100,000 IDR deposit, but it will be returned upon check-out.

There were lots of small cockroaches in the room, the swimming pool wasn't clean and didn't seem to be functioning. The breakfast area was in the same area as the smoking area 😩 and there was a baby there.

The hotel staff are friendly, welcoming and can upgrade the room, thank you in advance, overall is good, but there are problems here, the water heater sometimes turns on sometimes doesn't and some amenities are missing/mouthwash cups are missing, whether from there or what, there should be a hotel standard hee, and when I first entered the room the smell was unpleasant, as a result the HK team helped to spray it, great job HK staff, God willing come again, suksma 🙌🫶

The building is old and the rooms are incredibly dirty. There are animals on the carpet and the bathroom window is dirty, even though they said the room I booked was upgraded. Not to mention, there's a karaoke place nearby.
