Please improve the coordination with the parking ticket attendant at the reception. I have often stayed overnight and every time I want to leave, the car plate that was written down during check-in is not informed to the parking ticket attendant, so I end up having to wait for reconfirmation between the ticket attendant and the reception.

Oh my god, I'm so tired of staying here. I chose an executive room for a bit of peace, but it turned out to be the opposite. Coming home from Surabaya, I was given a delayed flight. I checked into the old hotel, and the AC in this room was so hot. 3 toddlers were already sulking because of the heat, even lying in the hallway because it was so hot. The technician came twice, but it was still hot, so I finally changed rooms. The AC was fine, but then in the morning, the AC and toilet suddenly leaked water. Oh my God, this is really a test. Please pay more attention to Golden Tulip. It's so far from the Golden Tulip in Java, for example. Pathetic. Sorry for the trauma of staying at this hotel.
