Overall, the service was good. However, the receptionist and bellboy were unresponsive when I called for help carrying things. I thought there was an event going on, but it turned out to be quiet and the bellboy was busy chatting.

There were mosquitoes in the bedroom and bathroom. The room was tidied up but the used glasses were not put away. The towels smelled a bit musty. Voices could be heard upstairs. The female front office staff was unfriendly, and WhatsApp reservations and phone calls were slow to respond.

It was a pleasant stay since I had to attend a relative's wedding ceremony in the neighbor area. It was really good to get a room on a higher floor, clean, and the surrounding was a quiet neighborhood.

This is my umpteenth time staying here, but this time it was truly lacking.
I booked two non-smoking rooms with connecting doors. It turned out the next room smelled of cigarettes from the moment I entered, even the toilet paper smelled of cigarettes. I complained and sprayed air freshener, but the smell didn't diminish. The next day, the room still smelled of cigarettes, even though I asked for it to be cleaned.

It was a pleasant stay since I had to attend a relative's wedding ceremony in the neighbor area. It was really good to get a room on a higher floor, clean, and the surrounding was a quiet neighborhood.

It's really awesome, the room is clean and very comfortable, just be careful if you want to go there using Google MAP, it will lead you everywhere 😂😂😂😂 even being told to fly with circular dots.

This is my umpteenth time staying here, but this time it was truly lacking.
I booked two non-smoking rooms with connecting doors. It turned out the next room smelled of cigarettes from the moment I entered, even the toilet paper smelled of cigarettes. I complained and sprayed air freshener, but the smell didn't diminish. The next day, the room still smelled of cigarettes, even though I asked for it to be cleaned.
