Grand Cordela Hotel AS Putra Kuningan

Almost every month there is someone who stays here, but this time it was really disappointing in the morning, the trolley CS was very noisy, the wheels seemed to need to be replaced with a better one. The sound of the ceramic polishing tool and the HT CS whose volume was outside Nurul really disturbed rest time because the room was not soundproof from outside.

Stayed in a deluxe room, clean, fragrant, and very well-equipped. Friendly staff.

Anyway, it's a good choice in Kuningan city.

(+) Very strategic location, across from a department store, surrounded by culinary spots, in the heart of Kuningan City. (+) All the staff are friendly. (+) There's a playground and a children's and adult pool. (+) The common area is fragrant, clean, and modern. (+) The renovated rooms are modern, minimalist, and quite clean. (+) Fast Wi-Fi. (-) I was able to stay in my old room (which hadn't been renovated). It was indeed very spacious and had a nice view, but the bathroom was dirty. The bidet water smelled bad, the shower curtain was full of mold, the sheets were dull and stained, and the towels were worn and very worn. (-) I was moved to a new room, facing the street with a window facing the ceiling and AC compressors. This was probably because the other rooms were full. However, it was quite noisy at night, with loud music from across the street, and at dawn the call to prayer (which sounded like it was coming from several mosques) followed by loud Quran recitations/prayers. For a light sleeper like me, this was quite disturbing. (-) Breakfast menu is not very varied (-) Children's pool is a bit dirty Suggestions for visitors: Request a new room and ask for one that is quieter Suggestions for the hotel: 1. Clean older rooms that haven't been renovated (bathroom walls, shower curtains, sheets, blankets, towels) 2. Update the towels to make them look cleaner 3. Since the city is cool, the pool water could be made a little warmer to make swimming more comfortable.

The room was super comfortable and clean. The location is strategic, with shops and restaurants lining the main road in front of the hotel, and it's close to Kuningan town square. Any issues were quickly addressed and the service was prompt. Overall, I won't regret staying here with my family.

Currently, the hotel is gaining popularity due to its strategic location (plus points). However, when conditions are crowded and full, the hotel staff seems unable to manage the situation. Despite repeated feedback, no improvements have been made. Although there are no competitors yet, this should be seriously considered to prevent customers from fleeing to other hotels and to anticipate the emergence of new competitors. Thanks.

The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to complaints and requests for assistance. One suggestion would be to recheck the drainage system, as every time I entered the room and the toilet, it smelled unpleasant. They would also recommend updating the towels and washcloths, as their color had faded. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I'm from Bandung staying 2 nights. Beautiful hotel, clean swimming pool and friendly hotel staff, spacious parking. Recommended if you want to go to Kuningan

The room is not as expected for a hotel like Rand Cordela, it is the same as a hotel room in the 150,000 range

Rooms are good, but when I stay there, it's so full so the breakfast experience [is] ] not so pleasing.

Overall the room and the environment are good, for that price it is quite worth it, but the downside is there is no Baygon because there are lots of mosquitoes.

Anyway, I want to stay at this hotel again.
