The hotel is strategically located in the city center. Excellent service. Good breakfast. The only downside is that the lobby area is a bit hot. The facilities are quite complete.

I had a very memorable stay at Cordela. It's close to the city center, the food court, and the Central Festival. The food at the hotel is delicious and has a wide variety. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The only downside is the soundproofing, as noise from the front door is very audible inside.

My first impression of the hotel was good, but I ended up getting a superior room that was incredibly shabby and dirty. The furniture was old and badly damaged. There were lots of insects and mosquitoes flying around. Hopefully, I'll be able to sleep tonight.

This was my first time staying at the Grand Cordela Kuningan. The hotel was clean, and the staff were excellent at coordinating with me during booking. The service was fast and friendly, the room and grounds were clean, and the food was varied and quite tasty.

Everyone was friendly and prompt, and it was clean. Check-in and check-out were quick. It's centrally located, with plenty of culinary options across from the hotel. Keep improving your service.

The hotel is perfect for families, with a children's play area and a swimming pool. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel looks nice and beautiful from the outside, but when I got inside the room, the condition was very different. The mattress, sheets, and blankets were dirty, so that even when I slept wearing long pants, I still felt itchy. I stayed with a group of 9 rooms (6 rooms on the lower floor were dirty, some people couldn't sleep until 2-3 am because the room was uncomfortable). The bathroom was very dirty, filthy, especially the toilet which was yellow everywhere. Be careful when using the toilet, because the toilet is not attached to the floor, so when used it can fall, even endangering the user. Hopefully there will be improvements from the hotel. All hotel facilities are good, only the rooms on the 1st floor are mostly not suitable for a 3-star hotel 🙏🏻 (dirty condition).
