My first time staying here, I took two rooms because I was with my kids. The rooms were fine, the service was good, the breakfast was good, and the pool facilities were decent. I was quite satisfied with the affordable price and the hotel's location.

The cleanliness of the room was not optimal, there was still a lot of rubbish scattered around, including used coffee wrappers and unwashed coffee cups, even though I stayed there for two nights.

Yesterday I got room 809... comfortable... spacious... the staff was friendly... the phone in the room was not working but the staff was quick.. so I ordered food via WhatsApp... the food was delicious... affordable.. comfortable.. the AC in the room was cold.. although it wasn't felt in the corridor....

Used glasses should be washed.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience to stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good, but perhaps the sliced fruits could be more varied. For the bapao, you could also put it in a steamer to keep it moist. If it's placed on an open plate, the bapao becomes skinned and dry. And for the bathroom, perhaps more attention could be paid to maintenance. One of the flush buttons was broken, and the bathroom wall tiles and sink were crusty, as were the tiles around the poolside. They were crusty and had moss on them. But so far so good. If I have the chance, I want to come back here again.

The room is clean. The bathroom is clean. It's just not comfortable enough for those who bring strollers or wheelchairs, because access to the elevator involves going through several stairs. Otherwise, it's OK.
