The service was lacking, this was my first time checking in here. I booked through the app, and the money was transferred. I wanted to change my check-in date because I clicked the wrong date. The hotel refused to change my check-in date, even though I checked in through the app that night. I only wanted to change my check-in date, not cancel my stay. I've tried to contact the hotel and the app, but the hotel still refuses.

In short, the service is the best, clean and comfortable, especially for a honeymoon like ours.

The room was spacious, and I happened to choose a connecting room. I actually booked a deluxe room, but because I wanted a connecting room, the only available room was a superior room, so the rate was lowered. But that's okay, as long as I got a connecting room because I brought my 2.5-year-old baby and my elderly parents, so I could supervise them full-time. Thanks to all the hotel staff, we were well-served and satisfied. Our vacation was very enjoyable 🥰

Overall it's okay, only the room's wifi network isn't that good and it's not very soundproof.

I often stay here because it's close to everything. The service, from the security guards to the receptionist, is incredibly friendly. The rooms are spacious and the beds are large. The only downside is that it's not soundproof, and I hear chairs sliding around every night. Thanks to Grand Daira.

My second stay here. I was satisfied the first time, which is why I came back. The female FO was stiff and didn't provide any evaluation feedback. When I reported that the room's AC wasn't cooling (even though I had waited almost 60 minutes after the technician washed the AC filter), I called back. The male FO answered the phone and immediately offered to change rooms (he was very quick, knowing I had a child with me and it was late at night. My child was fussy and sleepy but had trouble sleeping because the AC was hot). Overall, the service was good, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, when I stayed, the exhaust fan in the entire room was off, so I felt hot after showering. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. Thank you.

I have to admit the staff is super friendly and the location is very strategic. However, the facilities are very poorly maintained, a 4-star hotel class but there are lots of leaks on the ceiling. The roof on the top floor is very dirty. There are decorative boards attached around the building structure, but many of the bolts are loose, it would be scary if it fell from the top floor. The window handle is loose, the carpet is dirty, the bathroom door is broken, the toilet button is broken/lost on one side. The wifi is slow, oh my. I don't know why there is black duct tape stuck to my towel, it's really weird. The swimming pool is also full of sand and ants beside the wall. The most GONG is the breakfast. Damn, the room price is expensive but the breakfast is so-so. Not much variety and very minimal taste, you could say it's not delicious. I would recommend another hotel if you are looking for a 4-star. Maybe this comment is cruel, but I have to be honest. I'm disappointed, hopefully only my room is like this and hopefully the building maintenance is more paid attention.
