Good in the city center, the room is clean

Overall it's good, I just hope the breakfast menu is more varied and not too spicy.

Great service, clean room. I got an upgraded room. I hope my family will stay there again often.

Have stayed 2 times with family in this hotel. Recommended, there is a swimming pool for children and delicious and varied food.

The staff is friendly and the place is clean but the lack of soundproofing makes it a bit noisy 😁

Overall very good. Strategic location, the rate is also according to the facilities we receive, the employees are quite responsive to complaints. For food, please do not make everything spicy because not everyone can eat spicy food and please vary the dishes.

The sheets and pillow cases were worn and yellowish, the pillows were thin and uncomfortable... the bathroom smelled of water that had been trapped in the marble floor that had been lifted, the carpet in the hallway leading to the room was dirty and peeling, the paint on the walls was peeling... it seemed like this hotel needed rejuvenation.

First time staying at this hotel, the room is comfortable and big, there is a refrigerator, there is a swimming pool, all the breakfast menus taste just right. A little suggestion, the breakfast menu would be more delicious if there were traditional foods such as pempek, lemper, getuk, nagosari 🤗

I want to stay there again because the hotel is comfortable.

Check in is like an old 4-star hotel, check out is okay, order dining room is not given a bill, the coffee tastes like sachet coffee but it is appropriate for that price, only additional things can be improved.

Comfortable swimming pool, delicious breakfast, location in the city center.

The pillowcases are a bit yellowed, many facilities are already a bit damaged, such as the window opener handle, toilet handle, and room card holder that have come off and are jammed with paper. But for FL service is quite good, the staff is also quite good except for one of the pool guard staff who reprimanded me to wear a swimsuit when swimming in a curt tone even though I just wanted to see whether the pool is crowded or not.

MasyaAllah, the first time I stayed at this hotel, I was very satisfied with the service. The staff are all friendly, if there are any problems, they are quickly anticipated. Next time it will be a regular hotel if I go to Palembang again 🥰
